Living on 2 levels, combined living room on the upper floor with a large lake view. Dining room and bedroom on lower level with access to the terrace.
Due to its particular location, the holiday house is particularly suitable for water sports, recreational activities as well as for hikes / excursions. The connection to Munich is ensured by the S-Bahn, which is 3 km away.

Der Empfang durch die Tochter war sehr herzlich und wir fanden Obst, Getränke (Wein, Sekt, Bier Saft, Mineralwasser), Marmelade und Pralinen zur Begrüßung vor - lieben Dank dafür. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum See ist fantastisch (top Lage) und das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist absolut vollständig - es hat wirklich Nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.Die recht steile und schmale Treppe vom EG ins UG ist nicht unbedingt seniorengerecht, ebenso die Absätze zur Küche und ins Schlafzimmer - für uns allerdings kein Problem.

Perfect lakeside vacation

Ideal lake house for our family - Nanny & Poppy & Mom & Dad & 3yr old. Everything is there for you to make your stay as simple and enjoyable as possible. The owners are next door - the home is furnished & accessorized beautifully. Toys, books, for child and an extensive library for adults. Book fast - already filled up for our dates next year!

Das Haus war genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Sauna in Verbindung mit dem eigenen Seezugang sind einfach top. Auch wenn das Wetter schon etwas kühl war....Besonders nett auch die Aufmerksamkeiten die wir vorfanden, wie Obstkorb, Süßigkeiten und die gekühlten Getränke. Vielen Dank!

Wundervolles Haus an einem herrlichen Flecken Erde

Ein toller Ort… traumhafter See… nichts hat gefehlt. Soooo viele Blumen zur Begrüßung und etwas zum Naschen, ein Weinchen…das alles haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Ein Juwel direkt am See

Eigentlich braucht es keine Bewertung mehr - alle vorherigen Bewertungen sprechen für sich. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Die Fotos zeigen auch ein sehr realistisches Bild - es ist wirklich so schön!!! Die Bezeichnung "Home away from home" ist hier mehr als nur eine Floskel. Alles wird hier liebevoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail für die Gäste vorbereitet. Die Lage direkt am See ist natürlich auch ein Traum, wobei ruhebdürftige Menschen wissen sollten, dass man die viel befahrene Straße zwar nicht sieht, aber schon sehr deutlich hört. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Ein Rückzugsort mit Seele

Eine wunderschöne März-Woche in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus direkt am Wasser liegt hinter uns. Schon der Empfang war einzigartig. Das ganze Haus war in wohliges Licht aus den zahlreichen Lampen gehüllt, es standen diverse Getränke, Obst und Süßes bereit, und auf jedem Tisch fand sich ein Blumenstrauß. Ursula ist ein top Gastgeberin und hilft mit ihrer freundlichen Art gerne mit Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurantbesuche.Hinter den großen Fenstern des Wohnzimmers (auf der oberen Ebene) kann man den Ausblick auf den See genießen und seine Seele baumeln lassen. Die Möbel bieten verschiedenste Möglichkeiten, es sich gemütlich zu machen - je nach Laune im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder in einer der kuscheligen Ecken. Ein großer TV für Filmabende und ein Schreibtisch zum Postkartenschreiben sind auch vorhanden.Die Küche (im Untergeschoss) ist vollständig ausgestattet mit mehr als genügend Besteck, Töpfen und Geschirr. Auch hier verweilt man gerne im wohnlichen Ambiente.Das Haus bietet noch vieles mehr: Bücher und Spiele, eine eigene private Sauna, eine Liegewiese am Wasser, Feuerstelle, ein Boot zur Mitbenutzung sowie einen eigenen Steg in den See (im Winter abgebaut).Die Lage des Hauses liegt zentral für Ausflüge im Fünfseenland. Und wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt, lässt es sich im Haus sehr gut entspannen.Das Ferienhaus können wir sehr empfehlen.Wer körperlich eingeschränkt ist, sollte allerdings die Treppe sowie die Stufen zu Schlafzimmer und Flur bedenken.

Traumhafter Seeblick

Die Wohnung bot einen direkten Zugang mit eigenem Steg zum See. Von hier konnte man direkt ins Wasser, entweder zum Schwimmen oder zum Boot fahren.Die kleine Wiese vor dem Haus war ideal zum Sonnen und grillen. Gartenmöbel waren ausreichend vorhanden. DIe Wohnung war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet.

Wir waren schon öfters im roten Haus am Pilsensee und genießen unsere Auszeit dort immer sehr. Der See ist direkt vor der Türe, man hat einen eigener Zugang zum See und ein Garten, in dem man ganz für sich ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und man wird bei Ankunft herzlich empfangen mit Obstkorb, Getränken, Blumen und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt. Falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt ist München nicht so weit. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal 🙏😊

Wohlfühlambiente direkt am See

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet , auch in den restlichen Zimmern ist an alles gedacht, was man vielleicht brauchen könnte. Der Blick auf den See ist einzigartig und der eigene Steg lädt zum Baden ein.

Erholsame Woche am Pilsensee

Sehr nette Vermieter mit einem herzlichen Empfang. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter wohl fühlt. Bemerkenswert sind die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Getränke, Süßigkeiten, Brot, Kuchen etc. - eigentlich braucht man für den ersten Tag gar nichts von zu Hause mitzubringen... Die Lage mit direktem Seeblick und -zugang ist außerordentlich gut. Da man etwas außerhalb des Ortes wohnt, sind Auto oder Fahrrad zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter.
