Villa Malve rear house - Hinterhaus Malve

This modern, tastefully decorated holiday home has been recently renovated and is ideal for a family holiday. On the grounds of Villa Malve the house is located in the center of Bansin and at the same time only three minutes walk from the beach. 110 square meters spread functionally but tastefully on 3 floors. The first bedroom with double bed is located on the first floor, the second bedroom with French bed and two single beds in the attic - access is via the second living room via an open staircase. The second cozy living room is located on the ground floor and turns into a friendly, bright dining area. From there you can access the terrace - do you fancy a cozy breakfast in the open air or a cheerful barbecue? The separate fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor, as well as a guest bathroom with sink. The spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub is located on the first floor. In both living rooms an extra bed of two persons can be made on the comfortable sofa beds. A parking space is located directly at the house.

In connection with the renovation of the Villa Malve, the rear building of the property was also completely renovated in 2002 and converted into a cozy holiday home. Quietly located and yet right in the center of the seaside resort Bansin. Even the powder-soft sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, there are not three minutes walk. An ideal base for a relaxing beach holiday, or, if it's not to go to the beach, for exploring the imperial baths or the attractive hinterland of the island of Usedom.

Villa Malve Hinterhaus

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir hatten zu 7. alle genügend Platz. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Preis/ Leistung stimmt absolut.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Zentral und strandnah gelegen - schöner Urlaub!

Schöner Urlaub im Hinterhaus der Villa Malve! Da wir vor 2 Jahren schon einmal im Vorderhaus (Whg. 9) unseren Urlaub verbracht hatten, war uns bewusst, dass es durch die Andienung des angrenzenden Hotels morgens schon einmal laut sein kann. Die Lage ist super (strandnah und zentral). Für einen Familien Urlaub (2 Erwachsene plus max. 4 Kinder) ideal. Für 10 Personen eher weniger geeignet. Den "Schlafboden" erreicht man über eine Raumspartreppe (das war uns vorher bewusst) und von daher eher nicht seniorengerecht! Ausstattung der Küche war absolut okay! Vorsicht: Einhebelmischer in der Küche falsch angeschlossen (blau=heiß, rot=kalt) - da das warme Wasser im Haus extrem heiß ist, für Kinder ggf. etwas kristich! Alles in allem können wir in Anbetracht der Lage und dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (ganzes Haus zum Preis einer Wohnung) die zum Teil negativen Kritiken nicht teilen! Das Haus war recht gut geputzt zur Übergabe, gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet und im Juni/Juli 2024 nicht "runtergewohnt"! An alle die den Backofen nicht anbekommen: Anleitung nutzen! FALLS die Uhr "blinkt" nach z.B. Stromausfall, lässt sich der Ofen nicht anschalten! Also Uhr einstellen und schon funktioniert wieder alles! Wir würden wieder hinfahren! Schlüsselübergabe am Fahrradverleih war total unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Am Abreisetag durften wir den Parkplatz am Haus noch bis nachmittags nutzen! Bei Problemen ist der Verwalter vor Ort (nicht die Agentur!) gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit!

Ferienhaus

Die lage war sehr schön. Aber das haus an sich war sehr schnutzig innen sowie schimmel an der wand und Armeisen. Es gab einem staubsauger und ein komischen besen und ein eimer mit wischmopp aber die dazu gehöriege klatsche nicht,somit musten wir auf allen vieren wischen. Der backofen ging auch nicht als wir bescheid gegeben haben,wurde uns gesagt es käme einer nach den feirtagen ok gut, es kam leider keiner bis zur abreise. Dann haben wir ja 8 tage gebucht und am 7 tag kamen schon die putzfrauen um die ecke. Im grosen und ganzen war es das geld für dieses haus nicht wert schade. Kann ich nicht empfhelen

Ein schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Macken...

Das Objekt an sich, ist günstig zum Strand und Promenade, sowie kurze Wege um den täglichen Bedarf zu decken und kulinarische Köstlichkeiten zu sich zunehmen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass in der Beschreibung des Objektes, die steile Treppe zum Dachgeschoss erwähnt gewesen wäre, diese ist überhaupt nicht für ältere bzw. etwas in der Beweglichkeit eingeschränkten Menschen geeignet... desweiteren das die dort aufgestellten Betten, Doppelbett und auf der hinteren Seite zwei Einzelbetten in einem gemeinsamen aufgestellten Raum, es gibt keine Zwischentür, somit keine räumliche Trennung. Oberflächlich war das Haus als sauber zu betrachten, es gab Haushaltsgeräte und entsprechend für Küche die Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch, leider wurde man sehr enttäuscht als man Töpfe oder Pfanne nutzen wollte, diese waren noch vom Vorgänger verschmutzt, auch der gestellte Staubsauger war der Staubbehälter übervoll, also wurde dieser seid längerer Zeit weder geleert noch gereinigt. An sich ein schönes eingerichtetes Haus mit Terrasse und Grill. Durch die Mängel mit der Sauberkeit wird natürlich der Gesamteindruck gemindert.

Wir hatten einen Super Urlaub.

Das Haus hat zwar ein paar kleine Macken aber es war in allem ganz ok. Sauber war es soweit. Die Zierleisten der Fußböden könnten mal nachgebessert werden. Eine Treppenabsturztür für Kinder sollte unbedingt im Dachgeschoss installiert werden. Und für uns 10 Personen war der Esstisch zu klein.Was ein großes Manko war ist das fehlende W-LAN im Haus. Das sollte unbedingt installiert werden. Ist heute zu Tage Standard. Was die Geräuschkulisse, welche die Bewertungen vor mir bemängelt haben angeht, man wohnt nun einmal mitten in der Stadt neben einem Spa-Hotel und einem Restaurant. Es blieb aber erträglich, zumal es nicht ständig war. Nur morgens war es etwas laut. Dafür hat man nur 100m ungefähr bis zur Promenade und zum Strand. Der Bäcker und eine Sparkasse sind um die Ecke. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen sehr gern kommen wir wieder. Usedom und sein Strand in Bansin sind herrlich.

Sanierungsbedürftige Villa Malve Hinterhaus

Unsere Emotionen haben sich nach einer Woche (Villa Malve)beruhigt, dies lag am guten Wetter!!! 3 Min. zum Strand Die Unterkunft ist stark sanierungsbedürftig , die Betten und Schlafsofas knarren, ! Alle.! 4 Betten stehen auf dem Dachboden, der völlig überhitzt war. Ein Durchschlafen unmöglich!! Eine Leiter nach oben, die unzumutbar ist! Neben der Villa ist ein Hotel und auch gleich der Liefereingang für alles, was dort benötigt wird! Es ist immer Laut! Die Terrasse ist durch einen zu großen Tisch völlig zu gestellt. Alles ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub , nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Platz war ausreichen aber die Raumsparleiter war nicht so gut. Wir hatten ältere Menschen mit diese könnten die Hühnerleiter nicht nach oben steigen. Und man hätte vorher nochmal kurz den Staub entfernen können überall. Ansonsten hatten wir es nicht weit zum Strand.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand

Der Weg zum Strand ist super kurz und der anliegende Teich super zum Gassi gehen. Der Unterkunft selber mangelt es an allem, vor allem an Sauberkeit, nicht einmal ein Fön ist da, Ameisen überall, schmutziges Geschirr, abgestoßene Wände und befleckte Polster. Keine Rollos zum abdunkeln, was bei einer Straßenlaterne direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster nicht hilfreich ist, abgesehen von der Tiefgaragenausfahrt. Ein schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich.

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt absolut!

Das Projekt wird mit 10 Schlafmöglichkeiten angeboten. Das halte ich für sehr übertrieben. Es gibt nur 1 Bad mit Wanne. 1 richtiges Schlafzimmer mit nur einem kleinen Kleiderschrank und einer Kommode. Wenig Stauraum. Sehr kleiner Kühlschrank. Wir waren nur zu dritt. Eltern und erwachsener Sohn. Dafür reichte es. Die zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz war für uns ideal! Für 5 familiere Pers. würden wir auch noch buchen. Darüber hinaus würde es uns zu eng werden. Mein Fazit. Für uns 4 Pers. Eltern mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern würde ich das Objekt noch einmal buchen!
