For being a very aged facility, it isn't in bad shape. The carpets in the room really should be replaced, but the mattress and pillows were GREAT! The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant but a little difficult to understand.

We were very pleased with SUPER 8 Hotel during our stay! The front desk Nishant and Sai were very friendly, helpful, kind, professional, knowledgeable and always ready to help! The room was very clean! Nishant was above and beyond of offering any help and always asked us if we need anything! The breakfast was great! We really enjoyed it! We highly recommend SUPER 8 Hotel to anyone and definitely will stop here again next time we are visiting Helena. Thank you so much for your great hospitality! 10 out of 10!

Room had dirty wash cloths from someone else. Air/heater conditioner loud (used ear plugs to sleep). Parking lot had some shaddy characters wandering around. Most of amminities were closed for renovations, probably would of chosen somewhere else. Mattress wore out felt like I was fallingthrough. Differently rolled you to the middle. Won't stay there again. Hard understanding the accent of I believe from India. Seemed nice people. Forgot the door had big gaps, look like it was falling off.
