The rooms had obviously been remodeled recently. New furniture and the mattress felt new. Carpet in great shape and looked new. Bathroom sink had an issue and addressed by staff Breakfast very average with a waffle maker, sausage and egg product.

The shower had rust stains. The bed was too hard. And the breakfast, which started at 630a, had almost nothing left at 7a. The cereal had crumbs in flakes container and then fruit loops. There was almost no bread for toast. The muffins were stale. There were 4 containers of high sugar mixed fruit yogurt and the juice was a mixture of pear and apple.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Clean, convenient, quiet. This is an older hotel and they are renovating, it hasn’t disrupted our stays at all. The only negative thing we’ve experienced is the sink and bathtub doesn’t always drain the best. When that happens we let the staff know.

Continental breakfast was average, but the staff cooking it was nice. Bed was comfortable did not use the Internet. There are some construction going on at or around the hotel so there was construction stuff but nothing really inconvenient. Staff was pleasant. Just a little slow in getting this checked in. Blairsville was a nice town with plenty of restaurants and close to beautiful state parks.

The staff was not so friendly. There was no hot breakfast left 20 minutes before the time for breakfast expired. The lady was just sitting in the kitchen area. I asked for eggs and sausage and she said breakfast ended at 9:30 am. I asked her what time it was and it was 9:12 am. She seemed perturbed that I asked her so we went without breakfast. She was rude and appeared to me that she could care less. The free breakfast is a factor when I choose a hotel.
