Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The views and quality of the condo are exactly like the photos show. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need - coffee filters, spices, plenty for light cooking. There is so much to walk to close by. My only negative would be the outdated furniture and the bed is a queen, not a king — but thankfully it was comfortable! We preferred booking through VRBO so we knew exactly what condo style/view we were getting - when you book through the Villas, you do not get to pick and sometimes get unhappy surprises. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, fantastic view. Many of our favorite beaches are close by. The Kapalua market near by is well stocked, has a great deli and very friendly staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The room is as pictured. The AC works great. The shuttle was a great feature. To use the shuttle you just call 5 minutes before you are ready and they come pick you up and drop you off at the beach or Kapalua restaurants. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes downhill but then the way back is uphill.

Quiet with wonderful view

We were very impressed with its location and pleased with the villa. Simple setup with kitchen, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, and comfy king size bed. Perfect for two. Communication with management and maintenance team was a pleasure and hassle-free. They were very responsive. We will be using this villa management for our next trip.

Relaxing Getaway

We were very pleased with the condo. Although small, it is just as it appeared on the website. They provided the niceties such as extra TP, enough towels for the entire stay, laundry soap and the Kapalua shuttle is the best! I would definitely choose this property again.

Don’t waste your vacation here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to the Hawaiian islands many times and never had such a bad experience. Firstly, the decor is outdated , the view is even further in the distance, air conditioner door sensor broke(1 st day within minutes) , the kitchen is not that nice, all lanai’s weren’t furnished, many rules, no pool access and truly over priced. With all being said there’s 1 more thing... we had several cockroaches from day one which I’ve never experienced before on the islands and I was told that’s normal. NOT TRUE! This prompted my wife to clean like crazy and that’s not what a new bride should be doing on the honeymoon . Yes our honeymoon was a bust and for the price of this horrible location never will I stay there again. The lady that manages this property tried her best and so helpful. We will give Maui another chance but never here again. Hopefully the owner reads this review and understands this unit falls very short from average. Total false advertising here.

Beautiful location

Excellent location within walking distance to beach and some restaurants. A short drive from Lahaina and many other beaches. The condo is well maintained and a decent size. The AC was quite cold, but there are instructions on how to turn it up. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. The lanai is a good size and overlooks the golf course, ocean and Moloka’i. Birds are always chirping and flying around. A very relaxing location

10 Days in Paradise!

Great condo! Beautifully maintained and vert comfortable, The view is spatular from the lani. It is well equipped wit everything you will need including beach gear. We enjoyed the pool, near by beaches and wonderful golf! We would love to return to this very special place.

Hope to stay here again

Love the property and looked at the calendar to book another stay at this property in March but were scared off by the “No Refund” cancellation policy. Things are so uncertain what with Covid19 and the economy it’s just too big a gamble.

Very nice 1 Bedroom condo at Kapalua Golf Villas

The condo was as advertised with a beautiful view, nice furnishings and several nice pools. The condo was nicely decorated and management was responsive. On the first night we noticed an attic light was on (we couldn’t access without a ladder), I notified management and it was immediately fixed. The condo seems to have been renovated within the last several years and is decorated very nicely. The weather was at times less than perfect so we did have to spend a good bit of time in the condo, which revealed two issues that might deserve attention. First, the sofa is not really comfortable. Both my wife and I noticed this without the other saying anything, so it is noteworthy. Second, there is a fairly large area rug at the entrance to the condo (probably to minimize carpet stains). That darned rug just will not stay affixed to the carpet. My wife and I both tripped over that rug at least once a day (usually more). Thank goodness we’re both nimble, if we were older or less coordinated, either of us could have fallen several times. These were two small inconveniences that didn’t impact our overall enjoyment of the condo. It was really a great experience overall!

Five Star Unit in Every Way!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed 10 nights in this lovely unit (our 2nd time). It was as good as we remembered - pictures are accurate. There is a direct view of the golf course and the ocean not only from the lanai but also from the living room - absolutely beautiful!Furniture is comfortable and we slept very well in the bed (super comfy). We are avid cooks and the owner is generous with supplying a variety of spices and even coffee filters! We have stayed in other places and you are lucky if you get salt and pepper! These extra items may not seem like a big deal but the cost of having to buy them yourself can add up quickly as prices here is much higher than back home. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils and even a rice cooker. Kapaula is a gorgeous resort. The Honolua store is within an easy walking distance of this unit to get lattes, milk tea with boba and of course Spam masubi along with other yummy things if you don't feel like cooking. Overall, you will not be disappointed with staying in this unit. It is NOT one of those vacation rentals where it is a "bare bones" place - owner has thought of everything to make it comfortable for guests. Truly a 5 star unit in every way. We will definitely be back!

The villa matched the listing quite well.The living room was very comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen was absolutely amazing. Everything you needed to fix breakfast and dinner was at your fingertips. There was even salt, pepper and seasonings available to spice up your meals.The bedroom had a comfortable King size bed and a full master bathroom and a half bathroom with a washer and dryer. The lanai was stunning as it overlooked the golf course and in the distance, you could see whales migrating. The villa had just about everything needed for your beach adventures. The only thing I would have liked to see was a pair of binoculars.The property had a covered parking stall for our vehicle and the pool with gas grills was only 100 yards away from the villa.We would definitely stay at this villa again!

Nobody seemed to be interested in how our visit was going. Nobody greeted us upon arrival, day of or morning after we arrived. Very quiet. Nice view. Every activity required a drive to get there. Pool was great except for the day that someone had turned off the heater. Then the pool became frigid.

Kapalua Golf Villa Treasure

We love this property unit! This is our 5th time staying at 19V1 and it is always clean, well organized and has everything we need and the view can’t be beat. The furnishing are nice and we especially like the kitchen. We’re looking forward to coming again in February, 2020, and staying for 2 weeks!
