This is a lovely hotel, with beautiful rooms and is conveniently located with shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket all within two blocks. The staff are very friendly and helpful delivering superb service. I’ll be back!

I made a booking but for the wrong date, human error. I rung the property to inform them but they told me they couldn’t do anything because we’d booked through a 3rd party. It was our wedding anniversary and so looking forward to staying here but they didn’t care, mentioned the system wouldn’t allow them to change the date. I’ve always wanted to stay here but due to having no empathy I’d never stay here, How hard would it be to reserve a room for the following night? Shame on you, like life isn’t hard enough!

This is a beautiful hotel, and located in the heart of a the lovely town center of Havelock North. Great restaurant in the hotel as well and wonderful options near by. The staff were very customer service oriented, and were a great help with organizing our wine tour. I'd highly recommend Porters Boutique Hotel for anyone visiting the Hawkes Bay area
