Pros: -Free breakfast, good quality including hot items -Right on LIE -Fairly priced -Has all the basics, including USB ports in rooms -A/C & Heat worked well and wasn't too loud Cons: -Starting to look a bit tired - windows fogged up and caulking missing, carpet in room was a bit dirty -Elevators are slow and only 2 of them for a 7 floor hotel with @ 100 rooms -Noise from hallway and adjacent rooms can be annoying Would I stay there again? The woman at the desk questioned our service dogs. I told her what services they provided. She then asked me to fill out a pet questionnaire. I told her again these dogs are not pets. They are service dogs. She said she knew, but that I had to fill it out anyway. I filled it out and now that I got home, she charged us as it looks a $300 fee for pets. I will be contacting ADA. I will never stay there again.
