Linda was nice when I checked in. She did not ask for my ID to verify who I was, so that left me feeling a little unsafe. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable to me. There were lots of areas that the paint was peeling off or dirty. Fixture covers missing. No bulbs in the lamps at the bedside. The sink stopper had been removed and was on the back of the sink. The beds were so high that I had to help my mother get onto the bed. She uses a walker and chould not get up on her own. For an ADA room, those beds were not for anyone handicapped.

The front desk staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room is amazing! We didn't know we would have a hot tub in the room and definitely enjoyed that! The bed is one of the most comfortable ones we have slept in while traveling any where!

The area felt rough around the edges, the bathroom was tiny and stained. I didnt feel comfortable sitting on any of the furniture in my room as it was stained and saggy.. Entry area was not very welcoming and felt dirty.

Reserved room with big tub and it had a plug for a sink small and didn't stop the water . Had to use wash rags to plug it up to use. Tv didnt work eaither . Air works but wasn't on so was hot when we arrived. Over all would probably just pay for expensive room in this town . Both rooms we have had here in mid price range were more low quality. And police driving through parking lot doesn't make it feel safe FYI when the smell of smoke knocked us down when we walked in.

All was good except the pass key lost its code. This happened the last time I stayed there at the same hotel.needs to be a fix for this . Other hotels I have never had this issue.

Three words: DON’T STAY HERE! The entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed — even the non-smoking rooms. There’s no elevator, the furniture is old, dirty, and rusty, and the toilet kept clogging. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The only decent thing was the shower. Staff weren’t friendly either. Overall, a terrible experience. Save your money and your sanity — stay anywhere else!

The room was run down and not well cleaned. There were bugs and cockroaches. People were smoking in their rooms and hallway. I was there five minutes put my bag in the car and turned in the room key. Now I need to get my money back from Expedia, which is no easy task.
