Smelled bad upon entry. Like food. Felt like the listing hid the fact that this place is on a busy road with lots of traffic and that there is a place directly above it. So it’s two units in one. And the whole place could use a coat of paint and deep clean/reorg.

We went to the nearby Philadelphia Folk Festival. The house was convienently located nearby. The house was great. Very clean with two (2) BR's. It was hot outside and the AC worked fine in the house. We met with the house owner, Star, and she was very gracious. Overall we were very happy with the house and our stay.
