Staff were lovely but the room had issues for us. The heating was pumping out with no means of turning it down, it was daft to have to unplug the TV in order to use the plug & boil a kettle! No plugs near our beds to charge phones.

Abit of noise outside room being near lift , but room was enormous, building looks amazing , breakfast was okay , very good for price and in a good location , only downfall is having to pay to use there own car park and it’s a bit of a walk

Booked what I thought was a suite with a four poster bed, on arrival I asked about the four poster bed and was told it wasn’t in this room and they only had one in the hotel also was told the photos on Expedia were old and they hadn’t been updated, was disappointed as that’s the only reason I spent extra money on this accommodation

Wasn't far from shops and restaurants,room was lovely,and clean and warm, very accommodating, couldn't fault anything and breakfast was 5* ,next time we come to Harrogate we will be booking to stay here again,staff were amazing.

Good location for Main Street centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Completed hotel online “speedy” check-in form but “hotel policy” meant I had to do it all again on paper on arrival. Executive Double room very clean but very dated. Full English breakfast was very good.

the price was good and close to everything in Harrogate along with helpful and friendly staff. room clean and guess not a premium room but did what we needed. old hotel with history comes with squeaky floorboards etc. worth a visit if its a bed for the night stay your after. will stay again.

Nice old hotel where Agatha Christie stayed

Great staff, nice room spotless and overlooking the front of the hotel, meals in the bar due to having a dog, looked after well poor set menu barely any choice and same soup for two days, 10% added to bill for the staff but can be removed if you ask. Think £12 parking per day is excessive all in all though an enjoyable stay

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and staff went out or their way to get us some more mint tea bags for the room. Really convenient for enjoying the Turkish Baths and Harrogate centre.

Great Hotel in Harrogate

Ok so I arrived by road bike with Cheese ! Derrek was very friendly and stowed my bike and put my cheese in the fridge ! I arrived late as had been to football in Leeds..Derrick told me the bar was open till 2am !!! The hotel is 150 years of amazingness. Great location downhill to the town including parade park and RHS Harlow Carew garden.Turkish baths were awesome , great Tapas .Hotel breakfast excelkent.£180 for 3 nights Room and breakfast. Nice bath in room Good running round Parade Park and Harrogate Parkrun 20mins walk from Hotel Massage at Turkish baths fantastic !.. Totally Zen place. HUSK Bar a big reccomendation , cask and Keg available
