I thought everything was absolutely wonderful. The size of the house fit everybody perfectly. The house was clean. Hot tub was great. I thought we were gonna get to use the pool. Didn’t realize that it was out of season for it other than that was absolutely awesome. Great communication with the owners was absolutely perfect.

We had a great time at this property for our daughter's college fall break. Very peaceful and quiet location. Home is very cozy and roomy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub!

Linen on beds appeared not to be washed. The two downstairs beds had hair and looked like carpet in them. The pillows were flat. One of the beds in the room with four beds, pillow cases appeared to have hair dye on them. Dresser in downstairs bedroom appeared not to have been dusted in a long time.pool was not available due to time of the year. Host did not give any check out instructions except lock the doors. The house is located in a neighborhood considering it is on an acre. Listing says it’s on the lake, which it is. However, the law is not easily accessible (requires an experienced hiker)

Cozy and Comfortable
We were staying for a family celebrating an 80th birthday. The property was perfect for the huge group of 18 (8 kids). The fenced backyard was great for the dog and the kids loved the hot tub/spa. We were too early for using the pool, but look forward to that the next time around. We all would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone desiring a huge acccomodation which is convenient to Chattanooga. Jeremy and Brittney were wonderful and always available to answer questions and make suggestions.
