Hotel was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good but restaurant staff was having a bad day and did not hide it well. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Staff were professional and timely. We needed help with taking our bags to the lower level, which did not have elevator access and the staff carried our bags down by hand. The hotel needs renovations and the cleaning could be better. We found hair left in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious especially the suites.

The staff and property were great. I let them know before our stay that we would be staying on my son's birthday and they left a wonderful surprise for him in our room. The pool was warm and clean. Definitely recommend.
