The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. Love the history of the inn and the history maintained within the inn! The inn itself is close to a lot (Snallygasters, The Barn, Kelley Farm Kitchen, and Bolivar Bread Bakery are all in walking distance; and Lower Town is less than a mile away). Definitely would love to stay here again!!!

This is a great place to stay. Fantastic location, 0.8 miles pleasant walk to downtown, right next door to several great restaurants. I stayed in room 4 and it was so large and cozy and the vibes were immaculate. Plenty of parking, convenient to trails, staff was pleasant and accessible but gave you plenty of space and privacy. Nice and quiet at night.

Excellent breakfast, quiet and clean. There is a music venue in the back, and a couple nice restaurants next door (one a wine bar/bistro, one a vegan place). About 20 minute walk from the historic area, about a 20 minute walk from Bolivar Heights. I really enjoyed it.

Wonderful stay at Light Horse Inn. Best bed and breakfast I have experienced. Clean, comfortable room. Inn is decorated in period pieces-perfect. Amazing breakfast! Within walking distance to Harper’s Ferry. Bonus is restaurant Snallygaster’s next door and The Barn behind the Inn for cocktails and live music! Definitely recommend.
