It’s important that reception staff great their guests in the morning and not our their head down! Also, the woman managing the breakfast was rude and terse. She made us rush our breakfast just because she wanted to close and clean up! Some of the staff need to go on customer relationship management training.

Staff were very friendly and the room wasvery clean. Sofa bed was a double so bonus. Close to shops which we didn't discover on our last visit! Very convenient for Stansted airport and going to football the next day as a stop over.
