Exclusive use of this modern country villa. No other guests besides yourselves at any one time. Only a short 7 Minute drive from the centre of Kaikoura township.

The villa is located on a 5 acre property. It has outstanding Mountain Views and its close proximity to the Township and the famous surf location of Mangamanu only a 5 minute drive away makes it peaceful escape location.
The villa is centrally heated and also has air conditioning.
The main and ground floor bedrooms both have smart TV as does the kitchen dining room, lounge and upstairs lobby area. We are located 3 minutes away from Hapuku Lodge which have top quality luncheons and evening meals.
Your Hosts Peter and Tuti who live on location are available to welcome you and lend a hand with your luggage if you require also don't hesitate to ask for help if needed.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of bedsheets is available on request.

This is probably the best house we have ever stayed in. It is not like a rental but like a home. Lovely hosts and fantastic Mountain View’s. We just wish we hadn’t food shopped before going to the house as there was so many items they had supplied us it was fantastic
