We had a great stay at Hanoi Paon! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location. You can easily walk to the old quarter and French quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but comfortable and have everything you need. The spa was also very nice! Id recommend to anyone going to Hanoi!

We had a great stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed. We got a room upgrade which was a perfect start in our vacation! The room was super spacious and clean, the beds are so comfy! The breakfast is very good with lots of options. We enjoyed the pool and the little gym. From the initial contact, to arrange the airport transfer, and all through my fortnight stay at this wonderful hotel I was met with great service and friendly staff who wanted to help me enjoy my stay as much as possible. Highly commendable. The hotel and spa is in a great location in the Old Quarter and I’d definitely stay there again.
