Everything was great, the hotel is in a good location and there are a several food options near it. Room was good and staff provide excellent service to us, we highly recommend this hotel on Hanoi.

Buena situación

El hotel nuevo y muy bien situado. El personal muy agradable. Dentro de las habitaciones superiores hay dos tamaños. Pedir la más grande, pues hay bastante diferencia.

Loved it. Best hotel throughout my entire four week tour with 7 stops including two 5* hotels. The staff go way beyond their duty to ensure you’re comfortable in every sense. They’ll source local food to your liking with top recommendations and they’ll give you top tips of the local area and beyond. They’ll also have a laugh and a joke with you because they’re not only very professional but they’re also fantastic human beings and very lovely people. Thanks again Luxury Old Quarter for the bestest time xx

All of the staff including porters, housekeeping and the wonderful people at reception made my stay here very comfortable and interesting as they booked taxis from the airport a d trips also. With Their vast local experience and expertise they were able to advise on local and international cuisine. They helped with smartphone apps to provide helpful links for local transport and delivery meals, they also explained the the local food and gave recommendations to my palate. A tourist / traveller is very limited to services during The Lunar New Year (Tet) as local people enjoy the period with their families and most of the city is closed but at least you’ll be able to cross the beep beep road without too much beep beep haha. Thank you Luxury Old Quarter for a wonderful eight days stay. Oh, the breakfast is the best for Eastern People in all of Asia!!

The room looks great and comfortable bed. Staff are kind. I would recommend when cleaning the rooms to check if anything was empty to fill them. Our hand soap container empty when we checked in but once we told the cleaners they did it away. We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Older hotel but in the heart of Old Town Hanoi and close to everything.

The hotel and staff were great. Comfortable beds. Our room did not face the main road, so I think that had a big influence on the quiet of the room. The hotel is small, blink and you’ll miss it, but quite lovely. Delicious breakfast. Best thing though? The staff. What a lovely group of people. Honestly, the team there was so nice! Helpful & kind. While Old Quarter was chaos outside - inside was tranquil and the staff made all the difference.

Pro: the staffs were super helpful. They gave us recommendations for dining options. Convenient location, walking distance to various local restaurants. Cons: room was small, which I guess is common for old quarter areas. The A/C took a good 12hours to get to 16*C - I like the room to be cool so it was annoying, especially the electricity was shut down when you’re out of the room during the day. Bathroom was ok, but it would leak because only half of the bathtub was cover. Probably needs a shower curtain. Overall, it needs some upgrade. The fridge was barely enough to keep your beverage cool, and it took a long time too. I think I get what I pay for. Since it was only $40 /days for the triple room in downtown Hanoi. However, I think I would rather pay some more for a bigger & better room.

This location in old quarter can’t be beat! The hotel is not that big - with only 29 rooms and so there is a sense of coziness to the hotel ! What makes this even better is the excellent staff that they have. Special shout out to Linda for all the help that she was in making the stay and the trip arrangements from Hanoi to Ning Binh and Halong Bay! A great stay and highly recommend if

Pleasant hotel in Hanoi

Staff were superb: very helpful, kind, friendly and spoke good English. Hotel location is great: close to sites, eating, shopping and Hoan Lake. Stayed here twice. First stay was great as the room faced the street, had a good layout and had large windows. On our second stay, the room was long and narrow. It was fine but unique. I would recommend this hotel as I would stay here again!

Great place to stay, tucked away on a busy street, but our room was on the backside and very quiet. Was fun to walk out onto a bustling scene everyday. The staff were outstanding, kind, helpful. Linda helped us book an outing to Lan Ha; Chloe and Cha were just wonderful. One thing: Expedia lists a pool at this property. There isn’t one.

BED BUGS!! We checked in and service was good. Your bags are not secure if you drop them off while waiting for a room to be ready. We took a shower as soon as we got in our room and noticed black mold coming out of the jets in the tub. Then as we walked to the patio door, we noticed black mold around the caulking of the door. Then we found BED BUGS on our mattress!! Went downstairs and found the lobby with all the lights off and staff sleeping in the lobby couch. Asked for another room but they were entirely full. They were nice enough to come change out our sheets. But then we noticed underneath the mattress was filthy dirty. We asked if we can just pay for the first night and get a refund for the other 3 nights but they refuse to give us the refund. HOW DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE!? Your room is filthy dirty and infested with bed bugs but we still have to pay for it? Its called luxury but it has zero things luxury about it.
