overall, it looks good but I need to highlight 2 things here : a - executive lounge shortage or baby chair, on 31 Dec, only one available b - breakfast variety but one of the staff attitude needed to be correct, as I requested him to help me put the hot chicken feet herbs soup on my plate but first, he wanted me to take it myself but it was hot, therefore I am requesting him to put onto my plate, he did it unwillingly finally. The stay here was unlike anything we have ever experienced in any other JW Marriott properties. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dining was exquisite. Buffett and Japanese cusine were memorable. Spa services including sauna, jacuzzi, steam rooms were comprehensive and tranquil. Location was a 30 minutes drive away from most Hanoi attractions. Live music and jazz club on site. Overall, it will be a worthwhile destination when in Vietnam for any traveler.
