The staff at this hotel are so helpful and amazing. They messaged us via booking months ahead of time to let us know about tours they could book for us. We did the Ha Long Bay Tour through them and it was great! All of the staff speak good English and greeted us every time we came and left from the hotel. They gave us bottled water every morning even if we didn’t have our room cleaned. The free breakfast is delicious at this hotel, you can get fruit, pho (veggie,chicken,or beef) toast, bacon, eggs, potatoes among other things. The location of this hotel is amazing, it is in the middle of the Old Quarter so you can pretty much walk 10 minutes to any of the major tourist spots. The staff will also give you a map of all the major things to see in the area. The room was very clean and spacious. When we checked out the staff arranged our airport taxi and packed us a breakfast we could take in the taxi since we left early. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are coming to Hanoi.v

Le personnel de cet hôtel est très serviable et formidable. Ils nous ont contactés via Booking des mois à l'avance pour nous informer des excursions qu'ils pouvaient réserver pour nous. Nous avons fait l'excursion dans la baie d'Ha Long avec eux et c'était génial ! Tout le personnel parle bien anglais et nous saluait chaque fois que nous arrivions ou quittions l'hôtel. Ils nous donnaient de l'eau en bouteille chaque matin, même si nous n'avions pas fait nettoyer notre chambre. Le petit-déjeuner gratuit est délicieux dans cet hôtel, vous pouvez avoir des fruits, du pho (végétarien, poulet ou bœuf), des toasts, du bacon, des œufs, des pommes de terre, entre autres choses. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est incroyable, il est au milieu du Vieux Quartier donc vous pouvez pratiquement marcher 10 minutes pour atteindre n'importe quel site touristique majeur. Le personnel vous donnera également une carte de tous les principaux points d'intérêt de la région. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Lors de notre départ, le personnel a organisé notre taxi pour l'aéroport et nous a préparé un petit-déjeuner à emporter pour le trajet, car nous partions tôt. Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel assez si vous venez à Hanoï.

The perfect location, lovely (included) breakfast, and the sweet room with a very comfortable king bed was just the best! But it was the staff that really set the Solaria apart. Very welcoming, friendly and at the same time professional! They seemed to know our wishes ahead of time, and pretty much everyone knew our names from day one. We had arranged for airport pick-up through the hotel, which was flawless even though we arrived at night and over an hour late.

When we checked in yesterday, they told us about their laundry service with a 12h return time. But with us checking out the next morning, they expedited our laundry and returned our clothes folded within 4h! Faster than I could do at home. After our breakfast this morning, Ling the restaurant hostess asked us our plans (Halong Bay cruise this morning), and immediately insisted we help ourselves to some takeaway food for the long car ride, giving us a food container to fill up. And as we boarded our bus to our cruise, the hotel staff gave us a small gift bag of coffee beans etc to take with us.

The staff in this hotel are the friendliest staff I have met on my travels. They go above and beyond for everything for us. They were so polite and extremely helpful. The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

También está en una ubicación en el Casco Antiguo a la que los autobuses turísticos y los shuttles realmente pueden acceder (vimos que a otros huéspedes de tours les tocó bajarse a una o dos cuadras de sus hoteles y caminar debido a las calles estrechas). Le personnel de cet hôtel est le plus amical que j’aie rencontré lors de mes voyages. Ils font toujours tout leur possible pour nous aider. Ils étaient très polis et extrêmement serviables. Les chambres que nous avons eues étaient magnifiques. Le personnel nous a énormément aidés et a même organisé un transport incroyable pour nous ramener à l'aéroport. Ils ont organisé la croisière pour nous à la baie d'Ha Long et, pendant que nous y étions, ont gardé nos bagages supplémentaires que nous ne pouvions pas emmener avec nous. Thí hotel is right by the lake, and right in the middle of everything. It's also in a location in the Old Quarter where tour buses and shuttles can actually get to (we saw other tour guests have to get dropped off a block or two from their hotels and walk due to the small streets). The room was surprisingly large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Basically, everything about the hotel was great.
