Away from all the craziness in the old quarter so a good place to rest, plus good breakfast. Our TV was broken though, our room smelled a bit strange, and the car They arranged to take us to the airport was very unprofessional. Not bad for the price though.

Good hotel for a short stay

Good hotel with a convenient location close to the railway station. Room is clean and comfortable despite the hotel needs a bit of refreshment. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is okay but not exceptional The street is very busy so cant be a bit noisy sometimes Overall a good place to stay for couple of nights

Great Hotel ,location not so good

We were looking fir a hotel in or near the old quarter. This hotel is in the tyre fitting quarter. Having said that the staff were delightful and the room of a high standard. The breakfast was good and we were able to go to places we wanted to see by taxi

Best Room Ever!!

This hotel is awesome! I had the coolest room with an old style window that had a great view of a Hanoi neighborhood. Like 1920s NYC or Paris. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was great and so helpful. 5 stars all the way!

Nice clean place.

Stayed there 4 nights. Room was well kept. Staff is professional, courteous and hard working. Staff helped us booked and plan activities for the next leg of our trip. Reasonable price for hotel. Only criticism is there is no spa.

Great staff, ok hotel

Pros: wonderfully kind helpful staff, reasonably quiet, close to Temple of literature and Hanoi Hilton jail. Cons: 20 minute walk to centre of old town, huge selection of breakfast foods, but not great quality, they should do fewer things and do it better. Shower/Bath setup was stupid, constantly leaked water everywhere.

Nice budget hotel

We checked in at 06:30am so our room was not ready. We were given a pot of tea by the staff and they promised the room would be ready by 11am (and it was). Good location within 5 minutes of the train station. Our room was nice and spacious as we booked the suite. No real amenities at the hotel but we were only there for 2 nights. Restaurant is on top floor - dinner and breakfast were both excellent although dinner was a bit pricy compared to other places (about £15 for a meal for 2 with beer). We checked out at 05:30am on our 2nd morning so they made us up a breakfast bag to go. Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Prison are within a 20 minute walk. The old quarter and the botanical gardens were a little further away but taxis are dirt cheap. No complaints about this hotel, would recommend.
