2 Oct 2018. 4people 1night stayed in Deluxe Quadruple Room. The room was very clean. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was simple but heartful.(almost transit hotels in Hanoi is not).but It is not easy to find location. If I go to Hanoi, I will visit Family Airport Hotel again.

Unprofessional, dishonest hotel management

We booked hotel and told them when we will arrive in Hanoi so that they can pick us up. They did not come to airport as they said they would. We called and texted them 20 times in 4 hours and they did not pick up phone. And no taxis knew where they were. So we stayed at a different hotel. They finally sent us text saying we would not be charged. Then they sent another text letting us know they will charge us and if we did not like it, we should complain to Expedia. They are VERY unprofessional, dishonest, unethical. I would recommend that you not do business with these scammers

Nice hotel airport

We walked along the main highway to the hotel in half an hour. Check in easy. English wasn't understood so well but staff was so friendly and helpful that it did not matter. Hotel was clean, room clean and very nice big bathroom and everything we needed. They bent over backwards to get us on our way the next day to our destination by bus. I would stay here again and so would my wife and she can be fussy sometimes.

Hotel w oczekiwaniu na samolot

Hotel niedaleko lotniska. Transfer ok 4 USD w jedną stronę. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę, ale bardzo małe i jednak okazało się, że trzeba było za nie zapłacić. Z kolei transfer na lotnisko był free więc prawie się wyrównało. Dojazd do centrum trwa ok. 30 minut i kosztuje ok 15 usd.

Convenient for early flights

Practical stay kind of close by to the airport. There is not so much around so would just recommend if you have a early flight is quite convenient to stay There. Staff seem young and not as professional as the picture shows at website. Overall room is confortable and big.

Nice room near the airport.

The hotel is very close to the airport but it is too far for walk. The taxi don't want to take us there, they told us to take the small bus so we did. We didn't expect anything much since we only need to spend the night and leave the next morning for the domestic flight but the room is greater than what we thought, nice and clean especially the toilet. Staff is nice and helpful. The only drawback of this hotel is the loud noice of the traffic since the hotel is sit next to the highway to the airport.

Vi hade varit mitt i kaoset i centrum i 4 dagar, så det var skönt att få lugn och ro. Personalen var snäll, gjorde allt i sin makt för att vi skulle trivas.

空港に近いホテル

この料金にしては、部屋も清潔だしスタッフの対応も良かったと思う。 後はホテル周辺に飲食店が無かったと思うので、デリバリーとかのサービスも有ると更に良いと思う。

空港から近いホテル

部屋の中が少しカビ臭く、部屋に置いてあるカップの1つが洗ってなくそのまま。その他シャワー、トイレ、手洗い場、ベットは綺麗。スタッフはフレンドリーで日本語を勉強している方がひとり。宿泊費が安いので、妥当な感じがしました。

생각보다 넓고 생각보다 깨끗하고 쾌적한 편이었습니다. 직원들도 친절하여 인상에는 좋게 남았습니다. 다만, 조식이 굉장히 부실한 편이고 화장실이 통유리로 되어 있는 점은 다소 불편했습니다. 하지만 공항에서 가깝고 가격도 저렴한 편이어서 후에 재방문할 가능성이 높은 편입니다. 아주 좋지는 않았지만, 괜찮았습니다.
