Disliked: Cleanliness
When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous person's stay. There were used towels and toiletries in the bathroom, food and rubbish still on the bench and coffee table, and bedsheets had not been changed. We were unable to contact host quickly, and so booked a separate hotel. Host has since apologised, but when I contacted them for a refund, has not responded.
