Casa nova, completa, etc ...mas leia o relato todo
Casa muito bem montada e decorada
Quarto com 3 camas de solteiro muito confortáveis
Sala de estar + Sala de Jantar com 6 lugares
Cozinha nova, com micro ondas, fogão, lavadora de louça , e utensilios domesticos para 4 pessoas (tudo muito novo)
Na cozinha também tem uma secadora de roupas (essa um pouco mais antiga , mas que funciona muito bem )
Banheiro novo, espelho digital , chuveiro melhor do que muitos hoteis 5 estrelas, água quente todo o dia
No banheiro ainda fica a lavadora de roupas digital completamente nova . Máquina excelente
Local a 20 - 30 minutos do Hannover Messe (onde se realizam muitos eventos e feiras na Alemanha)
Cidade é pequena , mas tem 2 supermercados a menos de 10 minutos andando . Localizei ao menos 2 restaurantes (um Japones e um Italiano) , mas optamos por cozinhar já que a cozinha estava muito bem montada com toda infra estrutura
Qual é portanto o problema do local , já que minha avaliação não foi positiva ?
O proprietário. Ele mora na casa ao lado . E não foi simpático em nenhum momento. Houveram eventos que por falta de espaço não vou relatar aqui, que me levaram a lamentar a escolha dessa propriedade.
Mesmo com TODOS OS PONTOS POSITIVOS eu JAMAIS VOLTARIA a reservar essa propriedade.
Me senti como um invasor na casa dos outros ,mesmo sendo um HOSPEDE PAGANTE , ou seja , um CLIENTE.
Procurei relatar da forma mais honesta possivel, tentando ser o mais imparcial .
