Our visit to the Hampton area Jan 17-19 was enjoyable. We had a mix up - reserved one night when we needed 2. But everything was taken care of without any hic ups. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When my husband couldn't get the TV to work, the young gentleman from the front desk came and explained how to use the controller. We've stayed there before and will do so again. Thank you.

Clean Room, the staff were all nice and always helpful, the amenities were a bit dated (fitness center seemed fine, the pool had too much chlorine and was muggy)Breakfast was really good and probably the highlight of the stay. Pros: Clean Rooms and fresh sheets Above Average Breakfast Quiet (despite a few families with children) Friendly and Helpful Staff Good location, many stores and restaurants nearby, not far from Virginia Beach Decent Fitness Center, on the smaller side but functional Cons: Slightly dated furniture and wallpaper (and some lightly damaged seats in breakfast area) Vending/Ice machines were out of order or empty Pool over-chlorinated and non-heated 4/5 stars, would stay here again, Thank you to the staff for all their hardwork.

Two concerns and I also sent a message regarding this as well. Firstly I asked for a smoking room and did not receive that which was an inconvenience when the smoker had to continue to go outside for something that was previously asked for also we had to go out and stand until about 12am as well and wait for the fire truck to come which was Also another Inconvenience as well.
