We loved our stay at the Warehouse Hotel! The atmosphere was unique and had a different feel to it. Loved that they kept the old concrete floors throughout - adds to the vibe of the old warehouse. Quiet and staff was friendly. Wish there was a breakfast option. Easy parking and just across the street from the Spooky Nook.

This property has a very industrial decor. It's a rehab warehouse. The hallways look like prison halls with concrete floors which echo every tiny noise. The rooms have tall ceilings and depending on which floor your on may or may not be a finished ceiling. Beds were sadly uncomfortable considering what you pay for your stay. The restaurant won't do take out orders on competition weekends. Really!!! Plus the lady was very rude when she informed me of this. Dogs barking in rooms at 11pm echo down the halls because they are left unattended. Very few carts to use to trolly your bags to your room. People tend to hang on to them in the room. It is very convenient to spooky nook if you are there for competition. Parking wasn't a problem. If I paid for parking across the street at the nook it would be $5. So no huge advantage. So with all that being said, I feel you need to weigh your priorities. What do you need most. I know I'll choose something else next time

My review for this property is not good and has been shared with the property managers. To be fair, it is a combination of hotel guests, venue guests and working out some kinks in the operation of the venue. Hotel staff accommodated the best they could.
