Ripped laminate floor all over, partially covered with runners, will cut your feet. When asking for more top sheets because one of the bed is missing one, owner replied there is only two flat sheets total. Later blamed cleaners for the wet laundry in the dryer, instead of providing what we needed. No reply once listing all the issues
