The man at the reception desk (forgive me for not knowing his name) was very exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The spa and pool was quiet. The location would be difficult to beat. All in all I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in an executive room, which I highly recommend as an executive lounge is available throughout the day to grab a coffee, cold drinks or nibbles.

There is no baggage service, and the room does not have air conditioning—only a fan is provided for ventilation, which does not meet the conditions mentioned in the listing. Additionally, the breakfast charges vary each time due to my children, which seems inconsistent. Furthermore, any room service requests incur an additional charge of €8, which is unexpected for a hotel that claims to be five-star. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the experience.
