This home is absolutely gorgeous!! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s very spacious, super clean and the beds are very comfortable. We travel a lot and have stayed in beautiful homes but this is by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed!!

This house might have been the nicest short-term rental I’ve ever stayed in. The house was super clean and it was clear the host was very thoughtful when it came to keeping the house stocked with items needed for a long stay. This is random but the towels are all so fresh-smelling. It was such a nice place to come “home” to after attending my mother’s funeral in Marshall. Thank you Stevi!

New home new neighborhood

We were only there for a weekend. The home is new and very nice. It was difficult to find. There are no house numbers on the home. The back porch outdoor area was nice but lots of bugs. Back yard very small. Only 1 bathroom for 3 of the bedrooms so not ideal for large groups. Only had 2 rolls of TP - would be good to add a couple more or plan to buy some. A good start for a new rental and would rent again.

Great property for a large family! We stayed in Hallsville for our son’s graduation from ETBU. The house was less than 20 minutes away from campus. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay here again if we need to visit near Marshall.

This home was remarkable. It was meticulously clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and situated in a quiet high-end neighborhood. The home is a brilliant showcase of the builder’s quality work and frankly a wonderfully disruptive marketing strategy. No buyers remorse with this stay.

Incredible home

This property was a little difficult to find but in a beautiful area. The home was incredible and beautifully decorated. Everything seemed brand new and very clean. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the back porch with the gas firepit. The beds werevery comfortable and seemed brand new.

Perfect house for a weekend at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Carthage!

This house is absolutely stunning with an amazing floorplan. And the owner is extremely easy to communicate with. We had a busy weekend with lots of activities and never felt crowded or cramped. The layout is absolutely perfect for a busy family. The closet in the master bedroom was perfect for all the various dresses and stage clothes our daughter needed. Easy to layout and prep. The open kitchen/living area allowed for us all to visit no matter what we were doing. This is a home I have marked to my favorites and I rarely rate places all 5's, but this has absolutely no flaws. Hot water was perfect, water pressure was perfect, storage was perfect, the kitchen supplies were a huge plus as well. The home was spotless as we entered and this is a huge thing to me! 44 miles from Carthage and it was worth the drive back and forth compared to the local hotels. Book it, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!

Family get away

The house is in a great family friendly neighborhood. It is exactly as described/pictured. We all felt at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed and more. The furniture was great and the extra throw blankets were amazing.
