Overall good. We liked the location, and having the space of a suite was great for the family. But we had several minor to moderate issues. There were no spare sheets or towels. Hotel info says they should have been in the laundry spaces, but there weren't any at either laundry space. There was a mechanical vibration in one of the bedrooms that transmitted through the bed. If you're a side sleeper, it's very noticeable and made it difficult to fall asleep. There is a loading zone marked out front, and the parking instructions tell you to park in the loading zone when you arrive. However, it's a busy street in the city centre, and I was honked at immediately when I stopped to unload. The coating on the concrete floor was also peeling up throughout.

Great spot location wise. However, dishes weren’t clean when I arrived even though they were sitting in the cupboard. No big deal but a little inconvenient when you expect things to be ready when you arrive. There was also only tea no coffee like mentioned.

Great location,close to stores,attractions,boardwalk and public transport. Well furbished , the staff is very professionnel. Free access to washer and dryer greatly appeciated. Nice city view and the water view will probably disappear with the construction is finish. At this time of the year a carpet in the entrance of the apparement would be very usefull for wet boots. Also a wardrobe rail and hangers should be added in the entrance closet.

PLEASE DONT STAY HERE IF YOU REQUIRE ANY ASSISTANCE The staff was the most support lacking staff I have ever encountered, We asked to receive our code early for an early check in, we were told no. Cool, then upon arrival we decided to book another night , I revived a message saying I can re book a new reservation and I can “leave my stuff in the room” which I assumed the same room, that was absolutely not the case , it meant the codes would be changed and I was locked out from 11-4 the next day away from my belongings and my needed medication while recovering from a medical procedure, I almost had to call the police because they refused to let us in ,and Expedia’s many attempts to contact the property were unsuccessful, once I gained access by following a person in the door (the locked us out of the whole building not just our unit ) we immediately packed and left , When I booked the second night and they said leave my stuff , I asked they to clarify what they meant by that because they were so strict with check in, but it wasn’t until 19 hours later when I was home and left that I even got a response. And in response they told me if I wanted service to stay in a traditional hotel with smaller rooms and more expensive rates , however this isn’t really that cheap in comparison to many other lofts in Halifax which offer more options and have more flexibility and are also staff less , save your money and stay literally anywhere else . This place is absolutely terrible O

The location was great. Service is poor since there isn’t anyone to speak to when an issue arises. The policy on early arrivals or later checkouts is ridged so don’t expect any changes to their set times. It was unnerving as we saw mice there twice during our stay. Parking was also not convenient.

The place was amazing overall, my only real complaint would be the tile in the shower. There were rough edges in there and I had to watch were a step and slide my feet so I wouldn’t cut them. Some tiles were uneven and the drain is lower than the tile making it another place to possibly cut yourself. But overall no real complaints and I found the overall experience amazing and the views were also really great! Would definitely stay again
