Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We made our reservation and when I went to see how to check into the property the day of it said I had to contact the host. I did and they never responded. We tried to call them. They never responded. We contacted Expedia and were told we could not get our money back. Zero stars.
