This home was bought in early 2015 and completely remodeled. Located in the gated Southern Dunes Golf community. New Kitchen, floors, pool surface, and bedding are just some of the updates. All the comforts of home included. Deck has a large pool, Out door seating area with 55 inch TV, hot tub, propane grill, chase loungers. More than ample space left. This isn't just a screen around a mini pool with a couple of chairs. You may forget to leave and enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, and golf this area has to offer. Disney world is a short 25 minutes away. Clearwater beach is a great day trip and just over an hour away. Manny's Chophouse is the perfect place to bring the family for dinner, and is only a few short miles down the road.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

The whole experience was excellent. From booking to the villa itself, everything was great. The villa is lovely, they have everything you need to be comfortable, even a proper kettle which is essential for a cup of tea! The pool was the biggest we have had in previous visits to the same area. Kristoph, communicated quickly and was responsive to our needs. Highly recommend a stay at this villa. Wonderful house, fully stocked with everything you need. Great location with fantastic golf facilities. Very good responsive owner. The location on this estate means it’s an easy walk to the clubhouse for food and drinks in the evening with great staff working there. Would highly recommend.
