The Bao Tran Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in Haiphong. The staff were professional and very courteous; starting from check-in with front desk, to housekeeping and onsite security. We didn’t arrive until 3AM due to our flight but since I had emailing the hotel about our arrival time, someone was there to greet us which was much appreciated after traveling for 23 hours. The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what our family of 4 required. The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable and bedrooms had lots of storage. There’s a full kitchen if you want to cook but we mainly ate out and brought snacks and street food back. There’s a combo washing/ dryer machine if you want to do laundry and handy drying rack. I had brought laundry detergent to hand wash clothes during our whole vacation but housekeeping has detergent too if you forget. Housekeeping also surprised us by washing a few items we left in the laundry hamper when they cleaned our rooms… so after coming back from being out, there were clean clothes hanging to dry. Excellent location, close to numerous restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. So happy this was our base for our week in Haiphong and would highly recommend Bao Tran Apartments, especially for families with young children.
