A wonderful place to stay with plenty of historic charm! Whitney is an exceptional host who responded to our questions almost immediately and made us feel welcome from the start. This was our little Colorado staycation, and staying here made the trip even more memorable. The location is perfect—close to everything in Gunnison and an ideal home base for exploring Crested Butte and the surrounding area. The loft is clean, modern, and comfortable while still preserving its historic character. If you’re looking for a place that blends contemporary amenities with the charm of a historic building, you can’t go wrong staying here. We would happily stay here again!

Probably one of the best town rental units that I have stayed in. Extremely well appointed with high quality goods throughout. The kitchen had everything one would need and again all of the best quality. We stayed in the 2nd floor unit with the outside seating area and had a really enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it. Whitney was extremely helpful and a very accommodating host.
