Stayed here one night in a Suite - #20 - and it was fantastic - renovated really tastefully - heaps of power points and thoughtfully/sensibly placed with heaps of USB outlets incorporated. Really well equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment for Brekkie - really comfortable bed and nice warm split system A/C - off the main street and very quiet nights sleep. Very roomy suite. Would stay here again in a heartbeat - very good value - satisfied in every way Parking right outside the entry door. No negatives at all - Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Arrived 5.45 to find reception shut. Time stated on hotels.com 6.00. Reception phone said details of getting key sent to phone . No it hadn't . The hotels.com description is also very misleading. We booked what we thought was a ‘basic’ room. en suite bathroom was described as "detached" with bathrobes. It did not say it was OUTSIDE and there were no bathrobes. Apart from that everything was clean and well looked after.

On arrival told I'd booked a room which had outside bathroom. After telling her not acceptable she changed me to a cabin with a terribly noisy split system a/C which squeaked so loudly couldn't hear the tiny little TV provided. The mattress on the bed was very hard and the base squeaked nearly as loudly as the a/C. Only one side of the bed had a bedside table and there was no couch to sit on.

Misleading description on hotels.com

The stay was fine. Getting a room without a bathroom was not. The hotels.com description is very misleading. We booked what we thought was a ‘basic’ room. Was not until we paid for it that it was described as a “tiny room”. And on check in were told to the bathroom was “exterior “.

We mistakenly booked a Tiny Home instead of a Suite. The Tiny Home is like a well-equipped caravan but without a bathroom and toilet. Each is situated next to a private bathroom that means exiting the Tiny Home and going down a few steps outside. Since we are a couple in our late 70s this was an unwelcome challenge for post-midnight manoeuvres. Good concept, better if younger.
