The house is nice and in a great location. We were not crazy about getting there at arrival time and someone still being there cleaning. Then they told us they had to take the comforter from one of the beds and would not be able to bring a new one till the next day. The couple sleeping in that bed had to use the twin comforters. We were also very disappointed that we were not told the heated pool was broken. It was one of the reasons we chose this place. Coming in early may we new it would still be chilly and with an 7 month old we wanted the water warm. There are also two rails missing on 2 of the decks. Making it unsafe for small children or dogs. The toilet in the mastwr bedroom bathroom also takes a very long time to stop running making you unable to flush again for a long time. Two of the beds are also pretty hard. We did enjoy the arcade games. Loved the beach views and all the tables to eat outside. The place was plenty big enough for the 6 adults and one baby. Many of the homes around were empty so it was peaceful with a very easy walk to the beach. The owner just for the place and probably doesn't know about many of the issues. He had great communication when we reached out. If the pool heater and toilet were fixed and the porches were fixed we would stay again.
