Condo was perfect

The condo itself was perfect. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay with family. My mom is in a wheelchair and the condo was no problem. We went during a really busy week and had to wait 15-30min multiple times for an elevator. The Oasis is very family friendly so there were a lot of kids and families with small children. The lazy river and pool areas were very busy. They had a DJ outside who played a lot of rave mixes so the vibe was a little chaotic for me but we just spent more time at the beach. I’d recommend this place for families for sure.

Stylish and comfortable

Enjoyed ease of access to unit and building amenities. Beach view was wonderful from the nicely furnished balcony. Visitors should be prepared with a VPN for phones and tablets as internet is unprotected and has no password.

Lazy River Refuge

Awesome week in Orange Beach Alabama September 30 through October 6. The property was awesome. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. The only drawback was the carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced.

Orange Beach Vacation

We stayed at this unit for a month. The condo is very well decorated as it appears in the pictures. The problem was there were numerous small issues upon our arrival. Some of them probably could be overlooked if staying for a week or less but not for a month. Also with the price of the rental we expected better. The experience was made much better with the outstanding help of Holly from Island Rentals. She lined up 2 service guys that took care of all the issues in a short period of time. This condo could be very good with regular maintenance.

Beautiful Views, Beautiful Condo, Best Pool

This condo was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and the amenities were endless. The condo itself is stocked with all the kitchen needs, ice maker that worked its magic, comfy beds, and endless storage. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. We had 4 adults and 4 small children and never felt crowded.The balcony is very spacious, had great furniture and the view was breathtaking. We saw several sea life including dolphins, stingrays. The pools were amazing, very clean and fun. The lazy River and Slide were our favorite. My almost two year old couldn’t get enough of the splash pad. The beach is private and is just steps away. I don’t want to be negative at all but here are a few suggestions, the floors underneath couches and furniture had not been swept. The dishwasher did not work and did not drain. We didn’t call maintenance because it wasn’t a big issue and we had no problem with washing our dishes by hand. I also would recommend having a high chair or booster seat, I didn’t bring one because I couldn’t fit one in car and also just assumed (my fault) one would be available. However, Our stay was perfect and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The photo doesn't do it justice. The balcony view of the ocean was breathtaking! The negative to the property is the elevators and the ramp to the beach. There was a pretty large drop off and my mother almost fell out of her wheelchair trying to get off of it. The ramp is a simple fix and should be look at to prevent someone with disabilities from being injured trying to get off of it.

Awesome condo

The condo and property was awesome with one BIG exception. They only allow 2 parking spaces per condo. So it was annoying to have 4 vehicles for a 12 person condo and only allowed 2 parking spots. We had to park over 5 miles away at about a 15 minute drive to get our other vehicles. The guy at the desk said they technically only have 1.75 spots per condo. Not sure who thought this process through. But the condo and property was awesome otherwise

Great Location

The condo is in a great location and is in great condition. The cleanliness could be improved and the condo needs a dehumidifier as it was over 80% our entire stay making it hard to sleep. Also the hallways are extremely loud with kids but it’s summer so I guess that is to be expected. Overall we love the location!

Modern All Amenities

Best VRBO we’ve stayed in. Owners had great taste and having multiple baths was outstanding. The View! Holy cow. Nice. If your impatient, the elevators may take a while and parking is tight. But our room and amenities were spectacular!

Great condo and great location!

This is our second time at this property. We love sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The indoor pool is amazing for the kids in the winter. They also love the chess set and video games. The condo is wonderful. Plenty of room, nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Only wish is for a little nicer workout room. Good location to go to Gulf Shores, or eat in Orange Beach. A little far to walk to things, but that looks like it could change in the future. Definitely would stay again and recommend it!

Been coming here for 25 years have stayed at the PWII severs times. This condo was perfect. All the comforts of home Pictures do not do justice. Will stay again for sure. Manger service was very responsive everything was perfect. Clean condo great patio furniture everything was great!
