Wonderful place to stay! Great location - quiet and peaceful. Having beach toys already there and a place to rinse off outside was ideal! Cheryle was quick to respond and helpful. It was just what we were looking for!

Spring Break

We stayed at this property for spring break. It's location to the beach is perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The property owner is very professional and responsive. Would recommend this property.

Spring Break 2023 Fort Morgan Paw Paw

Nice Beach House with great space underneath. Quiet beach dog friendly 200 yards away. Make sure to bring your groceries as the convenience store in Fort Morgan is expensive.

Just what we hoped for

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was even better than the write up. Very clean and very well stocked. Even included some essentials to get you started if you forgot them. Location was great. Short walk to the beach and walkable streets to take our pups out. Would definitely return.

Great place short walk to beach. We just had to listen to construction but it has to be done. Clean and pretty, outdoor furniture not made for short people. (Lol) after construction workers left it was nice and quiet

This property is top notch. It is very modern and updated. Everything is very convenient. The walk to the beach takes less time than staying in a condo directly on the beach, waiting on an elevator and walking out to the beach. The front deck and back deck are both very peaceful and serve a different purpose depending on what your mood is. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was fully stocked, more than I could have asked for. The parking and set-up under the house are very original, and convenient. The storage shed includes just about everything needed for the beach; chairs, floaties, boogie boards, a wagon, even life jackets. There’s a shower and hose to spray off with below the house which is VERY convenient and saves so much hassle as far as cleaning up sand. There’s a swing and picnic area under the house as well that is very peaceful, shady and breezy and perfect for entertaining. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful and cozy home

Second stay in this home. We were there last summer and came back. Many updates had been done to home and looks amazing. Very short walk to beach. Love that they are pet friendly because we are able to bring our furry children as well. We brought our dogs own crate and this year there was an addition of an end table/dog crate, love it! Host is always responsive and does so quickly. Home is clean and bright. Would recommend to anyone. Only suggestion is to have everything you may think you need with you. We didn't have any dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent this time. There is a Dollar General just a few miles up that seems to have everything and we were able to purchase some there. I did let host know this when checking out since there was last year, so I think oversight on part of cleaning crew. Need basics for kitchen too such as Salt/Pepper, napkins, paper towels. We also bring extra TP, depending on family size and such, you may need additional then what was supplied, as we did. Mentioning these things as I like to know ahead to be prepared and have with us. They have several things available for Ocean Play also. A wonderful place to stay for an amazing family vacation!

We would go again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I booked this for a week and took our computers and our fur babies. It was a working vacation. PERFECT location. Quiet. CLEAN. So close to the pet-friendly beach. Take a look at this is you don't want the crowds.

Great Home Steps From The Beach

Our stay was great! Everything was clean, well stocked, everything worked and we were just steps from the beach! Cheryle was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. Would absolutely stay here again. If I had to choose one thing it would be for the property to have a beach cart. Some of the other places we stay provide a beach cart for guests to use. Makes things so much easier and it's the cherry on top of the cake! Still a 10/10 stay regardless!

Family Summer Beach Trip

Had an awesome week, property is in great location and is an easy walk to beach. Pet friendly our Golden Retriever loved it. Need to upgrade Master Bedroom bed not super comfortable and squeaks. Could have been cleaner upon arrival but not scary bad. Overall great property for the price.
