Overall cute place, the space is great in the house and well laid-out. Location is pretty close to public beach access and the pool is nice. However, we had a few issues with the unit and the management company/communication. For starters, the property is not gated or “secure” by any means, so we did witness several spring breakers using the pool while not being guests at any of the properties and being a little rowdy. it’s easy/open access. We had trouble finding the exact unit and how to get in, no instructions. We were given a code but no explanation to what or how to get in- had to call and speak to the office and they noted they would update check in instructions. Inside the unit, the cleaning was pretty abysmal. There were food crumbs and smears all over the kitchen countertops, sides of cabinets, in the water dispenser in the fridge (with change filter light on). Hair and soap scum in the bathrooms/showers. The living room rug has visible/sticky spots and stains all over and was littered with crumbs and debris. Same for the broken down living room sofa. There was hair trapped in all the corners of the unit, and stuck behind plastic wall corner coverings. Dust and debris covering the bunk bed ledges. I emailed liquid life photos and concerns the morning after we checked in (I took photos the night of check in- Saturday) and liquid life responded on Thursday saying they “would have” sent the cleaners back out, but too late now.
