You'll enjoy your time on the Gulf in this family complex with on-site security. Ocean Reef is a low density complex centrally located in Gulf Shores but has no elevator. The building is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Your 3rd floor 1570 sq ft townhouse has an updated kitchen which includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy traditional furniture in bright colors with flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. You have a direct view of the swimming pool from your balcony.

The complex has a coin-operated laundry facility on-site and grilling area. Parking is limited to 2 cars one assigned spot and one general parking. Ocean Reef has it all for a wonderful family vacation! This is a nonsmoking property and monthly reservations are available October to March 1.

Excellent location. Nice unit. Would stay here again. Only issues were the tv in downstairs bedroom did not work and floors were not clean when we arrived. Building manager was hard to find. Not in office much at all.

This place is a great location. We enjoyed it immensely the place needs some updating, although very nice to stay at. It would be outstanding and a better place to stay if the pool was heated. Not a real useful area when the water is incredibly cold.

Great condo and great location

Perfect to have room for teens and parents. Location was great - very short walk to the beach and to restaurants and stores. The welcome packets left by the owner/rental agency were great, with necessities like dishwasher pods and dish soap.

Vacation Trip

The property was good. No elevators to worry about! The only issue was it seemed the sheets in the master were not clean. They had stains on them. When I called requesting new sheets I was told they would be brought that day. They weren’t. I had to call again the next day and then they were brought. Overall though it was a good trip.

Cute Condo on the Beach

Condo is a great location, simply minutes from the beach. Condo was stocked with all amenities. Area wasn’t crowded. Nice pool. Ice machine and laundry service on site. The only issue we had while we were there was the air conditioner quit working twice. I called the service line and they had someone there within 45min to fix it. Great service!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, right on beach, walking distance from lots of stores and shopping. Down fall there was no broom to sweep up sand in room. Others then that it was a nice place.
