We had the best time! When we arrived we noticed one of the hand rails for the stairs was broken and alerted the host, they sent someone over to have it repaired within 2 hours! Beach access was so easy to get to and the golf cart was such an awesome bonus! The house had everything we needed from beach supplies, to dishes and bedding! Dollar store was just 5 min down the street for last minute necessities and restaurants and shops were only 20 minutes away! We had a large group with small kids and the house fit all of us so well and there were baby gates and supplies ready for us to use in several closets! The beds could have been more comfortable but that is the only complaint our group could come up with! We had a great experience for our daughters birthday trip! Will definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back!

Great property and development.

Overall we had a great time at this property over spring break with our family. There were a couple of hiccups when we first arrived, but the property manager handled them quickly and got everything back on track. Heated private pool in shoulder season was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this house and the property managment.

Kiva Dunes Beach Golf trip

Property was well located and very nice. It was as described in the listing. Property Manager was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was excellent. The Signature Properties people were very helpful throughout the whole process. The property was really great. The kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room for all 11 of us.

Amazing House!

We just spent our spring break at this house and it was better in person! We had three families that stayed here with a total of 11 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and little beach area in the back were a huge hit with the kids. Having access to the Kiva Dunes Beach Club also made staying here so worth it. The free shuttles to/from the house to the beach made everything so easy and even with a bunch of kids all us adults were able to relax! I would definitely stay here again. The property management company was a pleasure to deal with and we had zero issues at all during our stay.

Beautiful home and location

Such a beautiful home and location, peace and quiet we enjoyed our vacation. Everything was great the only issue we had was that there were small roaches in the kitchen and we Had to go buy raid. Also the towels were not clean they have a ton of stains so we didn’t use them. But other than that it was good

Cozy comforts of home and more

Our stay at Osprey nest was very nice. The location of the home is tucked into Kiva Dunes neighborhood and accessible to the beach via the golf cart left at the home. The house was clean, kitchen was nicely equipped and there was lots of seating available in the numerous decks throughout the house. Pool area gets morning sun and a nice sandbox for children to play in. The pool is very nice but suggest heating it if you want to use it. There are three accesses to the beach and few on the beach due to private beach allocated to owners/guests. We will be returning to this house. Enjoyed our visit immensely.

Great place but a few minor issues

The house was nice size and beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy. Pool area was very nice and great seating on the deck. Beach access was also easy to get to and the neighborhood seemed really nice. Only issues were that one of the kitchen chairs was extremely wobbly and the house in general didn’t feel super clean. Examples: one of the towels had make up stains on it when we arrived, bathroom mirror was dirty and we saw a couple of bugs in the kitchen drawers.

The space was bright, comfortable, and felt just like a home away from home.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch with ocean breezes and stunning sunsets every evening.The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again!

The 3rd floor A/C went out the day before we arrived. These things happen. The entire unit outside had to be replaced. The property manager and owner worked to get this done very quickly, so it would not affect our stay any longer than it had to.

Lovely well-stocked home

We had a wonderful stay at Osprey Nest. The heated pool was a HUGE perk - particularly during a chilly week. As was the privacy fence that kept the wind out (but not the flying golf balls. Yikes!) The kitchen was well stocked for our group of 15. And Julie was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered. Kiva Dunes community is darling. Nice beach, pools and Beach Club. A little off the beaten path from the bustle of Gulf Shores but we found that to be a perk. I’d highly recommend.

Friends and family vacation

We were referred to the Kiva Dunes neighborhood by our friends who have stayed there before. The house was spacious and fit our large group very well. Pool was great and kitchen was well appointed. The guys enjoyed the golf course twice during our stay. We did not like the difficulty of getting to the beach. A 10 min walk or short drive, but there is no parking near the boardwalk so someone still has to walk a ways to get to the vehicle. We also did not realize that booking though VRBO would not allow us access to the Kiva Beach Club- this was one of the reasons we wanted to stay here so we were disappointed. But overall we did have a good time.
