This property has 4 spacious bedrooms with additional built-in bunk beds to accommodate the whole family! Located on the bottom floor this property has an oversized private balcony with plenty of seating for relaxing while you take in the scenery. There is also plenty of seating inside where you can still enjoy the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and primary suite. Steps from the balcony you can enjoy grilling a perfect seafood feast or fish from the front yard! All around this property is the perfect location for your next getaway.

Enjoy the shared pier for swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. Note this pier is shared with the other level of the duplex as well as the duplex to the east of this home. This is NOT a private pier.

• Maximum 3 cars must be parked under the house on the right side. Please do not block or park on the left side.
Things to know
• This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The guest should inform about pets as soon as the reservation is made. Any violation of the pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine.
Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property.
Only dogs are allowed.
Maximum 2 (two) pets per property.
The maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs.
Guests are responsible for all damage to property and people that may be caused by the pet.
Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time.
For one pet guests should pay a $120 pet cleaning fee + tax.
