Perfect beach house, we will definitely be back! Great layout with plenty of space, go down one flight of stairs off the back deck and you’re on the beach, lots of beach equipment and kids toys available to use. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Location is far enough out of town that the beach is not crowded yet close enough to go into gulf shores for dinner at night.

Excellent weekend at the beach.

Took a family of 10 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The view was perfect. The water was calm. Overall a fantastic stay. If you want to relax and enjoy good ole family time. This is the place to go. 10 stars!

amazing!

The kitchen/LR area was very large and accommodating for us (8 people). it was very cold outside, so the house was perfect for inside activities. The house was great, clean, and literally step right onto the beach! We had the best time and will def be back!!!!

Heavenly Stay

You can’t beat the proximity of the beach! Kids 3-10 and not one complaint the whole time because you could just go back inside it was so close. Everything in the home worked great. My wife said she has to vacation like this from now on or she isn’t going

Perfect

The location was quiet, in Fort Morgan, on a beachfront property. The home is older, but has been redone on the inside. It met the needs of our family consisting of grandparents, parents, children, and an uncle. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 with king beds, 1 with queen, and a bunk room. We were pleased with the home and it's easy access and hope to return in the future.

Quiet neighborhood, fantastic location

This is an older house that has been partially renovated, so there are a few parts that are less than ideal, mainly the stairs and decking and bathrooms, but it didn't bother us, and the location and views and quiet neighborhood more than made up for it. The house was well stocked, and the layout was great. We had a lovely week here, and would definitely come back again! I also love that Instacart will deliver to this area now, and there are several good restaurants and a seafood market within 15 minutes of the house. We also rented a kayak from Fort Morgan Rentals for the week, and had a blast with our 4 kids.

Great location, house, and hosts

This is a perfect house for a family with various age children. We slept 10 comfortably. In addition, the location on Fort Morgan is the best you can ask for! We were beginning to feel overcrowded at Morgantown, but felt like we had plenty of space on the beach with this property. Will stay again!

Great home and location!

Property was just as described and pictured on site. Everything you need from kitchen appliances, and utensils, to bath and beach items are already waiting for you. Steps from the beach and located in a quiet subdivision of Fort Walton Beach, we felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Cleanliness upon arrival was a little subpar - items left under beds, tables, etc., also inside dressers, refrigerator had expired food left in it, but overall, it was nothing that kept us from thoroughly enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing Trip

Such a great vacation! We had 4 adults and 4 kids (2 to 8 years of age), and the property was perfect for us! On the gulf with a beautiful beach and close to the local Ft. Morgan convenience stores (The Pines, Sassy Bass, etc.)! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great trip!

Location! Location! Location!

This house was wonderful for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (1 and 3,) and we were all very comfortable. The house was super clean and well appointed. Without a doubt the best part of staying here was the location on the beach. Just walk down a flight of stairs from a beautiful deck and you are a few feet from the crystal clear water. No boardwalk, no long trek over the sand. They also had everything we needed for the beach; chairs, umbrella, sand toys for the kids and much much more. We really enjoyed our time here and highly, highly, recommend.

Great Beach House

We had a blast and the house is full of charm and character. Location on the beach was awesome, can't get much closer, which made it an easy trek to get the kids inside when needed. There was a power surge in the area early Sunday evening which caused the AC to shut down for a bit. Made a call to Stephen and he got his AC man on it right away. Even though the unit cycled and restarted on it's own, the AC man still came out just to make sure all was well. Great service on a Sunday evening! Very happy with our stay and fully recommend!
