Much needed getaway

The property was just as described and perfect for my husband and I for our much needed getaway. The check in process was a breeze, and we liked not having to carry a key to get in and out. The amenities we a bonus. The only downside was checking in at 4pm, as a whole day was gone. Would’ve liked to check in earlier. Other than than definitely will use this property again

Carribean 502

Was a very nice place and nicely equipped. The air conditioner needs some serious attention though. Was lucky it wasn’t middle of summer or we would have been miserable. Air conditioning did not work properly but other than that it was a great place to stay.

The condo was perfect for our time in Gulf Shores. It was clean, with covered parking, a balcony overlooking the ocean and conveniently located near restaurants.

Perfect

This was the perfect property for our Spring break together. Upon arrival, the condo has an assigned parking spot under the building, which we loved because we didn't have to worry about not having somewhere to park. The two pools were clean and warm which was perfect on the chilly days. The condo itself was clean and modern. It was absolutely perfect for us. I definitely loved having a washer and dryer within the unit. Made it convenient to wash and dry our clothes we brought with. Having a dishwasher was nice as well. We could throw the dishes in there and go about doing what we wanted. Being directly on the beach, we were able to wake up, sit on the balcony, and watch the ocean. We already miss being there. This place will now be a new tradition to return to. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

The stay was really nice. Our neighbors were noisy. The dogs were absolutely annoying. We could hear them while inside and sitting on the balcony.

Excellent Property!!!

My Twin Sister & I stayed in this wonderful condo. It was so convenient!! Parking was very close to elevators. Clean condo, bed is very comfortable and we loved having the screen door to balcony so we could hear the ocean! We enjoyed the indoor pool very much! This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we will definitely be back to book this very same condo again!!! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Book this. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay

First time staying in a condo. I usually prefer beach houses but booked this last minute. Clean and decorated very cute. The patio has a great view of the ocean. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Very easy access to the beach. However it was super crowded given the holiday weekend. Bender Realty was very easy and nice to book with, they made the check in process super easy. Would stay again if I go the condo route.

Great stay

Electrical plugs need changing ,anything you plug into them just fall out other than that a great place to stay. Need more umbrellas and chairs on beach for this condo 5 are not enough but y’all might not have any control over that. Again our stay was great.

Overall enjoyed our stay, all kitchen supplies we could use were available, additional TP would have been useful and trash bags. Location was perfect, not overpopulated beach. we had issues with our code when we arrived but it was addressed right away and immediately. Pets were not allowed in our condo, but they were allowed in other parts of the complex, overall not a bother, just weren't expecting. Cleanliness wasn't too bad, but details could have been cleaner, lots of hair on bedding and towels. Dust on baseboards. Overall good experience and location and we would go back.

Property was great. Exactly as described. The check in was very simple and we had no issues with the unit. The only thing that bothered us was that this property had animals (not the condo) and there was a dog barking non-stop day and evening above or below us.

Family vacation

A nice little condo right on the beach. Quiet property, even when fully booked. My kids loved the bunk beds and swimming pool. Plenty of space for a family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is well decorated and looks just like the pictures. We were very satisfied with our stay here, and I'm sure you will too.
