Brand new construction 5 bedroom/5 bath custom built home with fabulous gulf views and bay views. Identical property next door makes it perfect for large groups of friends or family. Or to rent individually. Beautifully custom decorated and outfitted with all anyone would need for the perfect beach vacation. These houses have a pool each, a hot tub each and both have elevators. Just a short walk to the beach with easy access.

Not what it seems to be...

We've rented several homes in several states and countries-this is the first one I can say I would never stay in again. To be fair it has some good points. Pros: -The house itself was clean inside upon arrival. -Plenty of room for guests. -Close proximity to the beach. -It has a pool and hot tub. -Minifridge on upper level is convenient Cons: -We pulled up to a house with 7 garbage cans at the end of the driveway, garbage all over the front of the property, construction debris all over the property - nails, screws, lumber, concrete... -On the decks, there are screw heads sticking up all over and loose screws stuck between the boards. -The fit and finish is poor at best - loose cabinet doors, shower doors open into the shower stream sprays water everywhere, 1/2 bath door will not close, screen doors laying on the decks, No towel bars in the bathrooms... -Bath towels - not enough of them for everybody. -Curtains/blinds-no privacy in this house! The dining room faces the sister house next door. The bedrooms have poorly fitting curtains on the sliding doors, no curtains on the windows-sunrise is about 5am! -Garbage disposal was not wired until we called it in. -dining chairs are falling apart -One of the beds upstairs did fall apart, the other mattress didn't fit the frame -Nobody knows when garbage day is so the whole area smells of garbage. -AND THE ICING!!! -YOU CAN'T USE THE HOTTUB OR POOL LIGHTS WITH OUT THE OWNER'S PERMISSION - HE CONTROLS IT WITH AN APP ON HIS PHONE!
