Beautiful condo Just as described

The condo has a nice beachy decor, neat, clean and all the kitchen/bed/bath items needed. Great location! The pictures don't lie, the ocean is steps away and the view is outstanding!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with the beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was well cleaned and beautifully furnished/decorated giving it that homey feeling. We would definitely stay here again.

Great access to the beach!

So easy to get to the beach. The place was clean and nice. I had a problem with my code to get in, but they answered right away and gave me a new one on the spot.

Perfect Beach Condo

The location is absolutely the best here! You just walk thru the pool area and you are right on the beach! The 9th floor view was fantastic. Check in and check out were easy and maintenance was quick to respond to a few minor issues we had our first day. Highly recommend this place!

Beachfront Condo

It was so nice to be able to access the beach so easily, as well as have the pool for another source of swimming. The condo was well-kept and was perfect for our family, including our young children. It was a good distance from some local shops and dining, which was appreciated with our family with young children. We had a great time!

“Home” away from home

Title says it all! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Our place was absolutely perfect, waking up cooking breakfast and drinking mimosas with the most spectacular view! Right on the beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Very clean and easy communication with management! Definitely planning to stay there again :)

Everything with the property was great!Only thing bad was the floors were very dirty, looked like they hadn’t been mopped in some time. Instantly turned your feet black.

The condo we were in was very clean. We loved the veiw. How ever our lock messed up I contacted the owner and they told me that a work ticket had been put in and maintinace would be by to change it. They never showed to fix the lock so we had to sleep with an unlocked door for 4 days, we stayed 7. We were not comfortable we put our beach cart in front of the door when we went to bed.

In my opion the check in is confusing. I thought the name of place was west 94. 94 was our room. I had to call to know. Also it upon check in you will receive a list of things. I’m happy the security guard was there. She told us to go to our room and get our stuff for parking and instructions. We had no clue. All we knew it was very clear no check in before 4pm. It said that numerous times. All that very clean, a lot of kitchen utensils, and items to fix quality meals with. The beach and pool fantastic. Over all great vacation

Overall good place

Great property and beautiful view. My only issue would be with check in. Check instructions didn’t fully explain what unit/floor to go too. The code we were given was not active. Tried calling but got no real answer on when and how to solve the issue. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting outside and calling twice, the maintenance guy Logan came to help. He was friendly and helped figure out the issue. We would book to stay here again as to the access to the beach is too good and view was beautiful

So, so

Upon arrival we were met with the screen door anchor, which closes the door, pulled from the door frame and just hanging. Upon entry, the smell of mold, which happens to be growing above the door, inside, top left, caught our attention and one of us has terminal lung cancer so mold is NOT good. As we unpacked, the master bedroom closet door was hanging, not secured in runner and we couldn't correct the problem. we couldn't connect to the wi-fi to stream our services, nor would our phones connect as we didn't have a password. Upon contacting property management company, a work order was placed. The maintenance man removed the broken screen door piece but couldn't assist us with wi-fi password. The couches in living room are extremely tired and well used as they are so sunk in; they are very uncomfortable. The building itself could use a refresh and there were often no lights on at night going to pool area or they would come on after it was already dark. The size of the rooms and the rental in general were great. The location was great in relation to the beach and attractions.
