Moonlit Midnight Room - READ DESCRIPTION, FREE coffee, pets welcome!

Thanks for considering staying with A New Hope Retreat! Located on a 2100 sq ft property nestled 10 miles between 2 of the Gulf Coast's most adored beaches, the Moonlit Midnight room will provide a relaxing and fun place to recuperate from a day full of seeing the wonderful sites the Gulf Coast has to offer. I want to make sure your experience is enjoyable, so please thoroughly read the details of the listing, and contact me with any questions you have.

The Moonlit Midnight Room is a private room with private bathroom in a house where others may be staying. Since your room door and front door have electric locks, self check-in is very easy. You’ll be sent instructions on your reservation day and you'll have full access to all areas you are able get into! This room can host up to 4 people (with the help of twin rollaway beds I can set up upon request), and pets. By default it is setup for 2 people, so let me know if I need to make any changes for your stay.

We want to make sure your time is enjoyable and your stay is as clean as possible, so we regularly clean all common. We also have many toiletries, coolers, and beach chairs for use upon availability, so please let me know if you would like use of any of these. We're also happy to offer, at an additional cost, on-site car washing/detailing, paddle board rentals, and ride hailing.

Enjoy multiple fire pits, a picnic area, relaxing hammock, video game consoles, free coffee from our "Coffee Corner" in the fully stocked kitchen, free and fast internet, TV with Roku in your room, access to Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, and YouTube premium and more. Your door will have a code for entry for you only, so your belongings are safe in your room. Your room is stocked with high quality bedding and memory foam pillows, a mini fridge and microwave.

Also, please also allow me the opportunity to address any issues you may have during your stay before providing anything less than a 5 star review, as I am on-site and able to address most issues quickly. Also let me know if you intend to bring a pet with you.

We love your pets, too! Please note though, that we consider them guests, so please add them as a child to your reservation, inform of any pets coming to stay, and be aware of extra guest fees they may incur.
