Agréable séjour, mais...

Sejour agréable chez Joseph. Bien situé pour visiter la région. Toutefois quelques points sont à améliorer : Pas d acces à la mer par un chemin comme indiqué. Ménage à revoir... odeurs de renfermé du logis et également linge de lits et de toilette. Prevoir les chaises longues pour profiter du jardin et de la vue. Manquait un micro-ondes pourtant indiqué dans l annonce. Mettre à disposition un kit d arrivée car rien n est prévu (sel, poivre...). Ces améliorations donnerait une note supérieure.

Maison sale et insalubre dans une très belle région

La maison était très très sale et à notre avis insalubre, pas adaptée à la location et ne correspondait pas tout à fait aux photos du propriétaire. Nous avons dû nettoyer plusieurs heures avant de pouvoir nous installer correctement et toute la vaisselle était sale et on a dû tout (re) laver. Le jardin non plus n'est pas du tout entretenu, la pelouse n'est pas tondue, les arbustes absolument pas entretenus, le mobilier du jardin très vieux. A notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre une bonne heure que le propriétaire arrive enfin après maintes appels et SMS qui restaient sans réponse de sa part, alors qu'on avait convenu de l'heure d'arrivée et ceci après 9 heures de trajet. En plus, j'ai dû contacter le service clientèle pour récupérer ma caution, car le propriétaire ne répondait pas à mon e-mail.

Très bonne escapade, au calme et dans une superbe région !

Maison ancienne mais charmante, très bien située dans une région magnifique On ne se lasse pas de la vue depuis le jardin , sur la mer au millier des arbres. On entend d’ailleurs la mer le soir. Un havre de calme sur nous recommandons. Nous sommes venus à deux avec notre toutou, qui a autant apprécié que nous Propriétaire très gentil, plein de sollicitude et de bon conseil !

Situation charmante, maison trop dans son jus!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la région est magnifique et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un beau temps pendant nos 2 semaines de vacances. Joseph, le propriétaire de la maison, est charmant, toutefois nous avons été déçus des prestations de la maison, notamment de la propreté (araignées, moisissures dans la salle de bain, odeur). La maison gagnerait à être rafraîchie! En revanche, la vue sur mer du jardin est un fort atout.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der nördlichen Bretagne

Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in Josephs Haus verbracht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist tatsächlich so schön wie auf dem Foto. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, ab Paris in 3 Stunden mit dem TGV bis Morlaix, von dort mit dem Mietwagen in ca 25 Minuten zum Ziel, wo wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet und wird normalerweise vom Eigentümer selbst bewohnt. (Wer ein top saniertes Haus sucht, sollte sich eher etwas anderes suchen) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Man darf alles benutzen, von der CD Sammlung bis zum E Piano. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Joseph ist jederzeit erreichbar und hatte einige tolle Empfehlungen für uns. Der schöne Badestrand les-sables- blancs ist in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar, noch etwas näher ein Strand mit einer netten Surfschule, wo wir als Familie gemeinsam stand up paddling ausprobiert haben. Das Klima ist sehr angenehm, die Wasserqualität war durchweg hervorragend. Wir hatten, das sei angemerkt, außergewöhnlich gutes Wetter. Leider gibt es trotz der Nähe zum Meer keine Möglichkeit, zu Fuß an den Strand zu gehen, es sei denn, man scheut die Straße nicht. Einen besonders schönen Abend hatten wir an der Rosa Granitküste, wo wir unseren Vermieter mit seinem Latin-Jazz-Trio bei einem kleinen Konzert erlebt haben. Es war unser erstes, aber sicher nicht unser letztes Mal in der Bretagne.

Vacances à guimaec

Très bon séjour de deux semaines situation idéale de la maison avec vue sur la mer du jardin, nous avons apprécié le calme. Plage à 15 minutes à pied et 5 minutes en voiture, plusieurs petites plages à proximité. Équipement maison simple mais suffisant. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. Ns y retournerons volontiers.

Wunderbare Lage mit Meerblick

...das hat schon was, wenn man so in den Tag starten kann: bei einem leckeren Frühstück im Garten mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Weite auf das Meer hinaus. Auch waren wir noch nie In einer Unterkunft, bei welcher der Sonnenaufgang und der Sonnenuntergang bewundert werden kann. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, hier war der Kamin ganz wunderbar, da wir einige gemütliche Abende im Häuschen verbringen „mussten“. Die wirklich sehr freundlich gemeinten 4 Sterne gibt es für ein wenig Motivation zum 5. Stern, was Küchen- und Badeinrichtung betrifft , da wäre doch ein Update fällig ;-) Beim nächsten Mal würden wir uns ein zweites Handtuch für jeden wünschen. Einfaches Häuschen mit Blick aufs Meer und schöner Grünfläche

Sehr netter Vermieter. Kein Luxus, aber alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Weg zur nächsten Badebucht zu Fuß möglich, mit Fahrzeug besser. Ebenso zur nächsten Ortschaft.

Schöne Aussicht in der Bretagne

Wir sind mit unseren Kindern eine Woche in Guimaec gewesen. Das Haus hat uns grundsätzlich gefallen, an Küchengeräten war alles vorhanden, das Haus war sauber und Joseph sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sind die sanitären Einrichtungen schon recht veraltet und der Flurschrank ist ein Erlebnis für sich Leider verschwand der feuchte Muff-Geruch während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Das hat uns schon gestört. Glücklicherweise hatten wir sehr gutes Wetter und konnten von morgens bis abends draußen sein...in der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand (les sables blancs), ungefähr 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Umgebung ist an der Küste wunderschön!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt im Finistère

Das Haus von Joseph ist für ein Elternpaar mit Kind gut geeignet. Unsere 5-jährige Tochter hat besonders gern auf der Treppe gespielt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Auch die neu eingebaute Heizung funktionierte tadellos. Und es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die man benutzen darf. Leider hatte das Haus bei unserer Ankunft einen etwas feuchten Geruch. Das ist sicherlich der größte Minuspunkt. Joseph ist ein sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der gut englisch spricht. Das Haus liegt etwas einsam auf einer kleinen Kuppe mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist super - man ist schnell im Nachbarort Loquirec, wo man sehr gut essen oder am Hafen sein kann oder auch in die entgegengesetzte Richtung nach Lanmeur, wo es im Notfall ein Ärztehaus gibt "Centre de Santé" und einen sehr lebendigen Ortskern. Guimaec hat immerhin einen tollen Bäcker zu bieten und natürlich die Cidre-Domaine, die wir sehr empfehlen können. Für einen Aufenthalt im Norden der Bretagne ist Josephs Haus ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Einige wunderbare Strände befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Unser Favourit: Die Bucht von Plestin-les-Grèves.

Traumhafte Lage

Traumhaft gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen: liegt praktisch für sich (nur 1 direkter Nachbar, aber Entfernung ist groß genug, sodass man sich nicht gestört fühlt) auf einer leichten Anhöhe mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht von Moulin de la Rive. Schöner Garten für Kinder um zu spielen, für Erwachsene um die Ruhe und die Aussicht zu genießen. Das Haus selber ist einfach aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die sanitären Anlagen sind etwas veraltet (deshalb nur 4 Sterne), dennoch aber sauber und voll funktionsfähig! Fazit: ideales Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub mit Kindern oder um einfach nur die Ruhe und die wunderbare Lanschaft zu genießen.

Bretonisch, praktisch, gut

Wir haben uns mit der Familie in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwesenheit eines Fernsehers führten zu intensivem Familienleben mit Spieleabenden. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren durchaus erträglich, der Pflegezustand des gesamten Anwesens kam unserer Familienstruktur mit zwei lebhaften Kindern und zwei noch lebhafteren Hunden sehr entgegen, man brauchte sich keine Sorgen zu machen, daß irgendetwas Wertvolles oder top Gepflegtes zu Bruch geht. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bien !

Maison sympathique, idéale pour une famille, vue magnifique sur la nature et la mer en contrebas. Calme et repos assurés. Le propriétaire, sympa, fait confiance à ses hôtes. Ce n'est pas le grand confort et l'équipement laisse un peu à désirer mais le charme de la situation, le jardin et la proximité de la mer compensent largement.
