Once you have driven up Summit Avenue (the last part of the drive up to Palazzo Marzino is very steep) you will agree, This is totally it! From the undeniably awesome views of the Russian River valley to the lifetime's adventures worth of globally sourced art, this modern-day castle in wine country is epic. Once inside the iron gate, decorated with a set of cat & dog friends (the property owners are more than passionate about saving animals) Palazzo’s entry is down a set of garden stairs. The entry stairs lead you to a huge wooden front door. The key to the front door is housed in a lock box to the right of the doorway (code to emailed separately). If you have arrived via a Tesla, there is a charger inside the garage.

The home is approximately 2400sf in size, made up of two levels. The central living area opens on one side to the kitchen with its own deck. On the other side, there's a dining area and full bath. Down the interior carpeted stairs, on the lower level, is s a sitting room, which opens to the rear patio & outdoor dining area. Following this same route also leads to the solar-heated pool, located under the forest of redwood trees, which is solar heated for swimming from May - October (not solar heated November - April). Our pool is open for use all year round! Use caution as there is a steep drop-off at edge of pool terrace. The lower level of the villa holds the primary suite with king size bed and ensuite full bath, a private bedroom with queen size bed, and the most favored bedroom in the house with a queen size bed and Unbelievable views of the Russian River and its surroundings. The deck holding the hot tub with forest views and a full hall bath are also located on the lower level.

Main appointments:
*Seasonal Solar-Heated Pool (heated May - October) May through Oct, pool is solar-heated + covered, meaning temperature is weather dependent and rarely above 76 degrees. There pool is not fenced separately from the rest of the patio area. The pool is open for use all year round.
One pool / hot tub towel provided per person.

*The property has a camera set up on the exterior of the garage that monitors the driveway only, this camera does not share a view of inside the gate or on the property grounds.
*Please note: there are very fine art/materials throughout home; Children under 10 should be supervised at all times.
*Door chimes installed per Sonoma County law for pool awareness.

Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance Rules:
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am (neighbors should not hear you during that time); No outdoor amplified sound/music (including outdoor speakers) or loud noises at any time; No guests or cars in excess of the maximum occupancy (6 adults) and cars (2) noted in house listing at any time; No weddings, parties, events, or loud gatherings of any kind; No temporary structures (including tents) or RV’s; No dogs allowed. No outdoor wood-burning firepits/solid materials of any kind at any time of year. Possession of fireworks is prohibited.
