The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even welcomed with one of their signature warm chocolate chip cookies a small detail that sets the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and excellent air conditioning perfect for the Guayaquil climate. A localização é estratégica, facilitando o acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e comércios da região. O atendimento da equipe foi outro ponto forte — todos foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar no que fosse necessário. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boas opções e alimentos frescos. A área comum do hotel é bem cuidada, ideal para relaxar após um dia de passeios ou compromissos.
