Cozy apartment with 3 suites, with one double bed in each suite, living room with nature view, dining room with sea view, toilet and a parking space.

For your convenience, we have TVs with cable TV, The apartment has 04 TVs and wifi access, so you are not offline. Being allowed to bring your pet as long as small.

Perfect accommodation for 06 people, with a further 02 loose mattresses quietly accommodating 08 people.

The apartment is quite spacious, the rooms are large and comfortable.

The location is simply perfect, not needing to use the car for absolutely nothing.

Run! Don’t boom this! I was not allowed in

Like I explained when I called you guys, the morning of the day I was supposed to go, the owner called me and said that she does not rent the apartment for just 2 nights,(even though I had already paid for the whole price) and that I would not be allowed in, unless I paid extra to stay there more nights. She never gave me the check in information. She kept telling me that she would send me to another one of her properties , which was smaller than the one I booked, but would not send me pictures, or work with me with the price. Obviously I did not want to trust someone who would do this. I had the place booked for nearly 1 month in advance and they waited until the day of the trip to tell me this. I am extremely angry and disappointed at VRBO for this. I was told I would get a refund but so far, nothing.

O imóvel é muito bem localizado. Pertíssimo da praia e perto de restaurantes, padaria, comércio, shopping. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé ali. Fomos recebidos pelo Dr. Antônio, que prontamente resolveu o problema de termos ido com dois carros, já que o apartamento só possui uma vaga, acomodano-nos rapidamente. O apartamento é confortável, mas o ar condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente. Porém, como não estava muito calor, não houve problemas quanto a isso. Outro ponto positivo é que aceitam animais e eu pude levar meu cachorrinho, o que facilitou bastante a locação. Recomendo o apartamento. Eu mesma, na próxima vez que vier, vou ver se está disponível.

Nao foi bem o que esperava

Infelizmente nao tive uma experiencia boa, o wifi nao funcionava, e não tive nenhuma assistência da proprietária, ficamos sem wifi e sem resposta por 5 dias.Só presta assistência antes do check in, depois disso mais nada.Entrei em contato direto com Vrbo e nem assim consegui falar com a proprietária. O ap está precisando de algumas manutenções, o ar condicionado do quarto é extramente barulhento.O terceiro quarto no segundo andar é impossivel usar. Muito mofo e vários canos e tubulações a mostra.A única coisa boa é a sala, e a localização. Por fim não vale a pena.
